I bought these bowls after my husband broke the last large bowl in the house. They arrived promptly and are liked by all my family members. They're large enough for 'man-size' portions, light, microwave and dishwasher safe, made from wheat straw, biodegradable AND unbreakable. What is there not to love?

I’ve recently purchased these bowls after searching a long time . I was initially looking for bamboo ones when I came across these wheat straw bowls. Not only are they eco- friendly but they are lightweight, made well and come in lovely colours. I also bought some plates. One very happy customer 🙂

Bought as fed up of my teens being heavy handed and breaking/chipping pottery bowls. These are great. Study but don't look like toddler crockery, very stylish, good size too.

The NVWA, the NL equivalent of the FDA recommends ending usage of utensils from melamine and bamboo. Importers and sellers need to take them out of circulation immediately. Nowadays these articles are being sold more as people believe they are sustainable, but bamboo particles added to this melamine plastic are currently not cleared as a compliant plastic addition and makes the product very difficult to break down biologically (unlike the name pretends).Sometimes, investigated samples contained too much melamine and formaldehyde which risk irritation of the stomach or an ulcer. Particularly for younger kids (<3 years) due to their lower body weight it is now advised not to use them particularly for hot food.

Love the lightness of these bowls but beware just melted chocolate in one for kids school experiment and the plastic melted - therefore not microwave safe in my honest opinion. Tomato soup stains the bowls so left with horrible red/orange stain in all the bowls - not pretty!

Like the cups and plates, these are great in terms of colour and durability. My only qualm is the size, they are very high and deep which means both my kids are unable to easily use them for things like cereal as they have to reach their little arms quite deep! We use them for snacks now but nothing else

The spoons are far too big for a baby just starting their weaning journey, but will be when older. The bowls are lovely, a great size, easy to clean and do everything it says on the tin. Would recommend.
