I am a hard core non-Vegetarian. Some times the chicken I was cooking used to become rubbery and not at all juicy for it was cooked for longer time till it was fully done. Lost texture and useless. The grilled and tandoori never came out like in restaurants. I was not sure about the kachri powder so ordered this kachri to be made into a powder my self at home.Just apply two table spoons of this powder to the chicken with 1/4th cup of water, set aside for 1 hour. The meat will be very soft and succulent and melt in the mouth. More over it's a natural vegetable like a small kheera. You can wash the chicken and use or add a table spoon in the masala too. It gives a slight tangy flavour to the dish.Most shaan masala too have kachri in them.Hope this was helpful.
