H2OGO! Triple Water Slide w/ Speed Ramp

I bought this before it lasted for two years with no trouble my kids love it they can’t stop playing on it it’s the perfect slide for summer. But nothing lasts for too long, so when it got damaged I bought another one and it had holes in it I was so disappointed but I know it’s not the brand it was just that one the seller was very nice he refunded us back right away And was so fast in contacting you back.

Bough first one and the orange ramp in front tore. Got a replacement and due to bad weather in my area could not use it much. Today was the third time item was used since i received it. Twenty minutes in to using it the orange pool down at the end tore at the seam and one of the water holes enlarged and ripped. Since i pasted the 30 day return limit by a few days they will not replace it. This was not due to any misuse on my granddaughters part. This item is garbage. Its supposed to be meant for three kids to use, their is no way this could handle that if it can't handle one 7 year old girl. Buyer beware save your money don't buy this you'll regret your purchase. The kids shouldn't have to go through the anguish of a cheap product. They don't think to much of their product to only give a 30 warranty That should of set off a red flag but i took a chance anyway LESSON LEARNED!!!!!

I did not have any issues with the packaging that I saw in a couple of reviews. I got the box, with product un-opened and in brand new state.It comes with the slide itself, little 1-sheet instructions, and 2 plastic stakes.As others have mentioned, the instructions are kind of hard to follow. Hard to even see, they are so tiny. So, my first time using it was a bit frustrating as I didn't properly set it up; and found myself having to pull sides to keep it from bunching up. After eyeballing the instructions again, I notices I hadn't filled the right and left side of the ramp with water, which is important in acting as a weight base for the slide. Sooooooooo, to help you folks, I have created an instruction image and uploaded it to this review. I've found if you set it up correctly it stands up to the kids play time and you don't have to get out of your chair or put your drink down. Hope it helps!The kids love it, and have spent hours sliding. I Added water balloons and water guns for more Texas heat fun.

Did not last linger than a day. By the end of the day a hole was right in the middle. Could have been a little better quality. Very fun or the kids tho.

I agree the directions are horrid! Go to http://www.h2ogoslides.com/video.html to see how to use the water hose adapter. The slide came with two different pieces for the water hose so I couldn't figure it out. Turns out I only needed the one piece shown in the video. Also some help with inflating the ramp: There are three different inflation holes on the bottom side of the "pillow" ramp. The middle one is for AIR and the two sides are to be filled with water to hold it down on the sides. Our water pressure filled the pool at the end nicely with nice 2 ft water sprays out of all the holes. So, I think this product is worth what I paid. My only concern is it's durability. The plastic is thin and I wonder how long it will last. My two sons are not destructive but I would be ware if you have kids that are rough players!

The holes down the sides that are supposed to spray water on the slide to keep it wet are a joke. I had to set up a sprinkler beside the slide so that water from the sprinkler kept it wet enough to slide on. The slide only came with 2 stakes that go at the top of the slide. After a few times of sliding, the slide gets bunched up and we have to stop and straighten it out. The pillow top that you blow up busted after the second use.

I don't know what people do with these to give so many bad reviews. I did not take care of this well at all last summer and we had no issues all summer. We'd leave it out for a couple days and then ball it up and toss it in the shop for the nwxt time. I even laid a little tikes slide over the blow up part and that never popped holes or caused any issues either.
