I LOVE these pants! The fit is so flattering. I'm 5'4", 130 lbs and I got the XS tall. I always have issues with the length when it comes to scrub pants, the regulars are too short and the talls are too long. However, that's NOT the case with these pants! The length is perfect. Also, being a mom of 2 I love the fact that the waistband is more of a "high rise" fit and isn't too tight. These are the most comfortable scrubs pants ever!

These scrubs are basically true to size. If you wear an XL in pants you can wear an XL in scrubs. If you wear an XL in shirts, you can wear an XL in the top. The size chart is way off. It told me I needed to get a 4XL with the size of my breasts. Turns out I only needed an XL, which is still kind of too big. But I don’t want to go down a size because I don’t want to be uncomfortable. The petite pants are definitely petite. They’re almost too short for me being 5’2”.They’re so comfortable. They’re a synthetic blend of material but they feel so silky smooth. And lastly, they tend to hold in smells like pantyhose can because they’re synthetic material.

I love this brand! I wore blue for an externship a couple years ago. Now I’m in school for xray and being forced to wear plain cotton ones with a logo, which are ok, but not flattering. I finally got a p/t job and went to try on black scrubs in the store, and once again, these were my favorite. The Grey’s Anatomy are the only ones I like better as far as how flattering they are, but they run small (the GA ones I bought for my externship, I never even wore, because I was a few pounds too heavy for them. I would say the medium in GA fits maybe a size 8-10). These Dickies are SO COMFY and at the same time they have a nice tailored look. Easy to wash and wear, no ironing, nothing. The tall size fits great (I’m 5’11”). I will say they run a tad big, which is perfect for me. I have gained some weight and so now I mostly wear size large in women’s clothing (about a size 12) but the medium in these fits fine. I would say these fit mostly on target, but if you are between sizes, size down. I would guess that the medium in Dickies fits about a size 10-12. Overall I feel like these, together with the shirts, are overall comfortable and flattering, which is perfect.

Let me start off by saying these are my favorite scrub pants I’ve ever bought. They have that really soft wrinkle free material that is similar to the more expensive brands ex grays anatomy. They are also super lightweight and moisture wicking which is going to be perfect come summertime! For reference I am about 5’2/5’3 and weigh roughly 145 pounds. I ordered a small and they fit perfectly, they sit at my waist comfortably and I don’t have to continually pull them up through ought the day, they are slightly long on me but don’t drag. Will absolutely be buying more of these!

I will not be returning it, because I think it sucks that amazon doesn't pay return shipping onproducts that are not right. I have a lot of scrubs, in sizes small to medium petite. I have neverhad a problem with them. Of course this is the first time I went with Dickies. So it may just be thisbrand. Will not buy Dickies again. The material is good and soft, size sucks. I don't even know if I ordered a small petite, if the length would be any better. I am 5'4" and weigh 155 lbs. These are too big all around.By the time I pay for return postage, I will be losing money and a product. I will probably try to get them hemmed up. Or end up giving them away. Amazon is losing my trust in handling their products. I recieved a battery awhile back, packaged wrong, arrived broken, and had to pay $20 to return a $27 item. So lost $20. Now, these pants, which are supposed to be petite, again would lose a lot of my money because they definately are not petite. I order a lot from Amazon, and very rarely return things. Amazon is not doing well checking their sellers.

Wrote another review for Dickies Xtreme Stretch pants as well. These pants are similar but I think the waist band on this pant is more comfortable. It does fold down when bending at the waist and then I have to readjust it frequently. The petite sizing is again on par. I used to have the regular cargo EDS pants that don’t have any stretch in them. Those pants were good, but if you have thighs, you’ll easily burn your way through a pair in a year due to the holes in the crotch. I’m hoping this material doesn’t do the same. This material is also nice in that the hospital blankets don’t get lint all over them! That’s a plus for sure!

I love this pants. Very comfortable I wear x-small and it fits perfectly. I have been ordering left and right and keep returning them it's either too small too large but this one perfect. I am 5"5 and weight 120. I ordered xxs top and x-small tall pants I don't like high water scrubs pants

These are amazing. I normally am size 16. I wore the Koi sized XL for nursing school. I bought these after trying on Dickies cargo pants at a uniform store, and I am a size L so sizes run a little large. These are amazingly comfortable. Cargo pockets on each side, comfortable waistband. Stretchy. It holds my foldable White Coat Clipboard in either cargo pants pocket just fine and does not fall out when I crouch down or kneel. Love it!
