Useful
The basis of this book is contemporary information about the healing properties of using H2O2. There are formulas and ratios of drops to water, and more. I had to find out from a friend that it is essential to use the H2O2 in distilled water, and it is absolutely essential to take it on an empty stomach (no fewer than 3 hours between something going in your stomach and drinking the water, or gas will rise up uncomfortably,) and what it is good for.The author has a few typo's and I wish there were better editors to look after a few details like that, but the paper pages were good, and clean. The writing is overall more than clear.

Simple and scientific! Perfect sense
This information is the most amazing discovery! Everything makes simple sense. Book does have lots of typos and strange gaps between letters while some letters are touching almost overlapping. Easy to read and understand despite the errors. After 12 years of diets, Doctors and researching ways to battle my health issues this is the best information for improving health I’ve come across.

good info
good book with good information. Clearly self published. Like written on some sort of word processor so the spacing of the letter is random and odd. But the info is good just the same. Well researched and thorough it seems, from a caring person sharing healing information.

Materiel that bears on the maintenance off good health by oxygenizing the cells in one's body.
This book covers much the same materiel as the book, The One-Minute Miracle, in that both writers believe that ingesting food grade hydrogen peroxide on a regular basis, in accordance with a strict protocol, tends to sustain good health by delivering oxygen to one's cells. To me the logic of both books seems sound. The reader can decide for himself.

Great info...
Great book, very interesting info, seems to work for me. As she says, don't overdo the dosage, it's about what feels right for your body. Good luck!

Editing needed
Would’ve appreciated knowing how to evaluate the quality of the many Dead Sea salts for sale, (what distributor is going to label their product, “fillers added?” ) and the names of “‘good’ liquid mineral supplements” among all those available.Imprecise language reduced the booklet’s overall credibility, for me, combined with incomplete punctuation and missing words (“Never hydrogen peroxide in your eyes”) that a decent editor/proofreader could’ve cleared up. Unfortunately, their frequent presence lowered my faith in the author’s overall judgement in publishing what she hopes will be viewed as authoritative and knowledgeable:“A swim in that pool equals more than 1 year of drinking chlorinated water and is a devastatingly deadly soup of harmful toxins and carcinogens.” Yikes! Didn’t know human skin is SO permeable! Is it? No proof is offered. She summarized some good magnesium studies (in one, after 9 weeks, the group taking 600mg. oral Trimagnesium dicitrate saw a 41.6% lower migraine headache rate, with some having side effects of diarrhea from excess Mg.)Sounds like the author sees the “big picture,” is well-meaning, and “knows some stuff,” but her use of the language (“It is important to safeguard concentrated hydrogen peroxide from children and adults who are not competent enough to not consume substances they do not know what they are.” “Many complex chemicals result from the conversion of chlorine and bromine to poise other even more health devastating chemicals permanently accumulate in a person’s body fat.”“Doing so directly oxygenating your skin, the largest organ of your body of many vital functions.”) makes me doubt that what I’ve just read can really be counted on (“However magnesium is best absorbed through your skin the same as many other minerals.”)Really? You could teach those silly ole doctors who successfully prescribed oral magnesium a thing or two!I’ll use this as a handy ‘booklet of general pointers’ for the use of food grade hydrogen peroxide, but won’t rely on it as always-proven truth.

Hydrogen Peroxid Therapy
Mary Wright emphasizes the importance oxygen, or hydrogen peroxide and how to use it, but also stresses the need for good nutrition and the avoidance of toxicity to get the most out of the use of hydrogen peroxide. I purchased the book,"The One-Minute Cure" by Madison Cavanaugh several years ago, and I would say this book by Mary Wright is a definite and necessary improvement for anyone considering hydrogen-peroxide therapy.

One of the Best!
Of all the 35% food grade books I've read, this is the most concise.
