Return to my own childhood
Thirty years later, Jack inherits that almost dreamlike Inverness from his Auntie Jowls, and with it all the current tenants of the estate....who are not quite so dreamlike but every bit as funny, convoluted and exasperating. Here, Jack must deal with the freewheeling lot plus some finer points of his aunt's estate. In some ways I prefer this to the original "Fourth Tower of Inverness", but then my appreciation is based on having worn out (literally) two tape copies of the original, and was well on the way to loving a CD edition of same to death before this came out. And, well, because the woo-woo digressions were stripped out of this one to get straight down to the story line. This one is the transition from the ZBS productions of the 1970s and 80s into the 'modern' Jack Flanders adventures even as it's a nod to and closure of that original dream/writing style.

Return to an old favorite.
Jack has inherited the mansion of Inverness from Lady Jowls. He returns to find a new cast of strange tenants and weird and iniexplicable goings-on. His old buddy Mojo Sam, and two former tenants appear to help sort things out. This is just fascinating to listen to.
