Upgraded Compact Mid - Wheel Power Chair Color: Burgundy

I've only had this chair for about two weeks to use and so far no problems. It does manage to navigate indoors in some rather tight spaces once you get the hang of it. The joy stick controller id not an issue for me.I did buy a few exras that I found to be helpful and those would be a bag that fits over the left arm and has pockets and allows me to carry things I might need. It's also rain proof so if you get caught outside your mail will remain safe. The scooter however might not. The other thing I bought was aseat cushion and Amazon has a lot to choose from. Nothing wrong with the cushion on the scooter butthere are some medical issues that it might not be suited for or at least could be better served with an additional cushion.The scooter itself seems strong enough and certainly is powerful for most people. Speed is more than adequate for what it is designed for. It has no suspension that I'm aware of so be careful how fast you travel over bumps or small indentations like door sills or if used outdoors.I'm very satisfied with this purchase and the owners of the company I bought it from were more than helpful with any questions I had.Word of caution, make sure you know where your pet is as sometimes I can start moving and the dog has fallen asleep with a little fur caught under a wheel.. No damage so far but it pays to check before moving. I did park on my own O2 tubing once and that was a treat. :-)

The company Bargain Blast is by far the best I have worked with. It was a pleasure to deal with then.

The chair developed an annoying whirring noise soon after delivery. Got in touch with Eric of Bargain Blast, who took over contact with CTM to get replacement motor and gear box, sent an excellent technician to do the fix, and absorbed the cost of the service. The chair is very good; the support is superb. As the tech noted, once in a rare instance some part can be problematic. Buy it and enjoy a good ride.

I was shopping for a power chair for awhile, located this one from CTM homecare, bust buy in town, everyone else I checked wanted several thousand dollars for same type chair. I use it every where I go. Shoot I also used it for hunting this year. Outstanding Thanks CTM, Only thing I found that might be bad was finding a place for service, Other then that it is outstanding love it.

It came yesterday and I really love it already. It turns much better than I expected.

It very easy to operate, turns on a dime. Quiet and easy on and off.
