Is 20% Cooler too cliche now? 'Cos that's what this is.
This is pretty much the coolest set of pony toys I've bought. Like the thing says, it comes with Rainbow Dash, Gilda and a Wonderbolt Pony, who despite the link is actually Surprise and not Spitfire.Rainbow Dash is pretty cool but she's the same as her blind bag version. The real meat of the review is Gilda and Surprise. The molds are pretty good. I'm kinda surprised that they'd make a mold for Gilda to begin with. With Surprise and Shining Armour you can just make recolours and sell those in blind bags, but it's a lot harder to make a recolour of a griffin since they seem to have more natural colours than ponies. That said: Gilda looks weird when viewed from the front (but ponies look weird from the front too) and Surprise has some trouble standing up because she's a lot twiggier than the other pony toys. I mean really. Change the mane/tail, stick a horn on there and take off the wings and you could easily have a Fleur-de-Lis toy.If you really want a show-accurate Spitfire toy, just wait a bit 'cos I think Hasbro is making show-accurate Wonderbolt toys soon.In conclusion: Hasbro, pls make Fleur-de-Lis and Fancypants toys.Sincerely, Reading_Rainbow_Dash.

It's ponies and it's cheap...why not?
So... The RD, as said by others, is the same one as in the original blindbags. I didn't have one, so that was nice, but... That's not the attraction of this set.Surprise (the Wonderbolt)...I was a little sad that it wasn't Spitfire (fix the name, Amazon!!), but oh well. Personally, I like the design. As others said, she is a little clumsy as a toy as in my experience, each time she falls over, it takes a few tries to get her to stand up right, but once I manage that, she seems to be pretty stable, constantly surviving the random bumps from my computer chair to my desk. And finally, Gilda; the star of this set. Compared to all of the blindbags, she is her own custom mold and seems to be more-or-less in one piece. I wouldn't mess with her wings too much, but they seem to be pretty well attached and the tail is even more solid than that.Overall, for $10 or so, it's a good deal...not to mention, little things like this make amazing gifts for your brony friends (or kids, if they like the show) as they are relatively inexpensive yet have some awesome stuff.

Finally, Gilda!
Finally, you can add Gilda the griffin to your collection! These toys are small, but are pretty well-made (be careful with their wings though, they don't seem to be durable and may break off with too much bending. The same goes for the tails). My major complaints have to be Rainbow Dash's eyes, which look to be a lot like Fluttershy's, and "Spitfire" has a completely different color scheme from the red and orange she sported in the show. This, however, probably won't matter too much if you are buying them for kids, they should be just as fun to play with all the same! Just be sure to put them somewhere that they can't be lost or chewed up by an animal, because of their size. I'd definitely recommend these to any My Little Pony fan, young or old! Just as long as you are willing to pay a rather high price for three small toys.

Pony Review
First of all, that Wonderbolt character is the unamed third female member, not Spitfire, but as it is labeled on the actual product itself, it is not a big deal in truth. The most positive thing about this for MLP fans young and old is this is the first Gilda toy. Granted it's a mini, but the fact is that she there. And the wonderbolt costume painted on the blonde Wonderbolt (which is both detailed, and accurate since in the show the outfits are skintight) is well painted. Plus rainbow D. Dash is there too, in case you do not already have her from the Blind Bag toys. It's a must for any fan, I think.

Lanky Limbs
As said before, the Rainbow Dash is the same as in the blind-bags.Still, great, adorable product with cute bonus ponies. The only complaint I have is how difficult it is to get the wonderbolts pony to stand up. She keeps trying to fall over, as her limbs are very thin and her hooves are not flat on the bottom. Her tail is also attached to one of her rear legs insted of flowing free, which puts her off balance more and adds difficulties standing up.Still a great buy for any pony-fan, child, or collector!

Great addition
These are a great addition to my daughters MLP "mini" collection. Rainbow Dash is her favorite, that is why I bought her these, in addition to having the extra characters to round out her MLP collection. I have noticed other 3 pack sets on here and want to tell you that Toys R Us and Target have these sets for around $8. The ones on Amazon are going for twice that price, not to mention the shipping. Just thought that I would point this out. I paid just under $10 for this particular set and while not unhappy, not thrilled to find out that the other sets I wanted were so expensive. Luckily I noticed that I can get these offline.

My daughter really liked it!!!
The 3" sized ponies with hair on them are little bit messy to keep in good shape, so this "all molded" 2" ponies are "maintenance-free" for my daughter...Also having the main characters of specific episodes for the series make them more fun for herShe loves to play with them...

My 7-year-old neice loved theses!
I did not get to handle these myself because I had them shipped directly to my sister's house. However, she said that the figures were of good quality, the packaging was in perfect shape, and these were exactly what my niece wanted. I also purchased the Crystal Palace Playset. Apparently, my niece has been playing with her 7-year-old neighbor who has his own set. They have been having a great time with the toys so...definitely worth the money.
