Easy and secure way to carry numerous handguns.
I like this tanker or bandolier style holster because it's super easy and convenient to put on and take off and it accommodates a wide variety of guns. It's great around the farm because it keeps the gun off my hip and out of the way. But the gun is still accessible when riding a tractor, ATV, truck or horse. The gun can be hidden under a jacket or worn on the outside in open carry mode. The leather is thick, strong, and stiff, but should soften with use. I don't think it's a super "quick draw" type of holster. But it holds guns very securely, and they're more quickly accessed than if left at home or in the truck. So far, I've tried it with a variety of handguns guys had at the range. Every large frame auto we tried fit securely. We tested a 1911, M9, Beretta 92x, Sig 2022, Sig 320, CZ P07, S&W 39, Taurus PT111 G2, Taurus TX 22, Ruger Mk1, MK2, Mk4, and Tisas Zagana K. We also tried a S&W J frame revolver with 4" barrel and a J frame sized Taurus .38 snub nose revolver. This holster held them securely. It is too big for smaller-mid size single stack pistols. We tried a Glock 43 and a Bersa Thunder 22, and they were too small and loose in this holster. If you want a basic, quality holster that'll fit a wide range of guns, this will do it. NOTE: This holster will fit the Sig2022 and P320, but it will depress the mag release as you move around, and you could lose a very $$ Sig magazine. Check to be sure the stiff leather and tight fit doesn't send your mag flying- regardless which gun you use.

Worth the money for heavy handgun carry
This is a quality made, well designed rig that works very nicely with my Glock 20. It makes woods carry very easy and accessible. The straps are very long and will need to be adjusted unless you are the size of a silver back gorilla. I didn't want to cut anything so I just punched a few extra holes and voila, fits perfectly. The Glock 20 fits tightly at first but I've left mine in it for a few days and its like its custom molded now. So much more comfortable than carrying on the hip. This was sold at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend. Thank you

Cheap stiff leather, otherwise great!
Out of the box I was pleased. Craftsmanship is very nice. Everything is as advertised. The leather is definitely on the cheaper side. As it’s rough and feels very stiff and dry. But I’m sure with a few applications of oil and use it’ll break in and be nice.

Surprisingly good quality.
Really decent tanker holster actually. For the price, it’s a good value and absolutely a serviceable holster.

holds my .45ACP 5” Springfield XD; Comparable to Army Issue.
Easily holds my 4” and 5” Springfields, both .45 XD. I thought I might need to wet it for a good fit (not too snug, not too loose) but I didn’t have to wet it, the five inch fits perfect. Now I have to hope it doesn’t get too loose with wear and use.The straps are a little longer than original issue, so this was designed to fit us big and round contemporary Americans. If you aren’t at least a triple X than be ready to cut a strap down to size and add more holes with a leather punch (be careful and measure at least twice before cutting once). As a veteran with over three decades in the Army, I have a lot of experience with this holster, having worn it with a 1911 in it in Germany before the wall fell, and then with the Barettas well into the twenty teens. I bring that up to say that these are very accurate replicas, and like the originals fit a wide assortment of full sized automatics without wet forming the holster.I purchased a left and a right so I can carry either way or both with my .45s off the beaten path in Alaska.I would definitely buy again and/or recommend to a friend.

Fantastic quality
The quality is amazing even the smell of it I really like. Especially when you watch the old-school Magnum PI with Tom Selleck and he’s wearing that from time to time and when you have a 911 you just Gotta have that it is so cool. the only con I would have to say the comfort, now mind you I use this for playing airsoft so I have a bunch of other things on top of me running around crawling on the ground so you feel it on your neck a little bit but if you just walk around with it and you put it in place you’re absolutely fine. Also I think we have become a little bit too sensitive to when something is not perfectly comfortable I just say man up you’re not going to be wearing that 24 seven hahaha. And most likely you’re not going to be wearing it for self-defense or concealed carry. To me the cool factor and the build quality beats the comfort by a long shot

Dangerous Snap
Purchased the holster last year. The overall quality of the leather is great for what you are paying for, BUT the fastener used to secure the firearm in the holster is very dangerous and unsnaps easily when bending over with the weight of a 1911 with a full magazine. The "cocked and locked" 1911 has fallen out of the holster well over a dozen times while working around our ranch. I attempted to adjust the female (socket) half of the snap to more securely hold the male "stud", but that did not solve the problem. Bottom line is this holster may be good for looks and easy on the pocketbook, but it's absolutely NOT secure if you intend to actually use it out in the field. There are other reasonably priced M7 holsters that use "Lift-The-Dot" sockets and studs, which I hear are secure as compared to the knock-off parts floating around. I'm trading this holster for one that uses the LTD fasteners. I'll be happy to report back on how well they securely hold the firearm. If it's not any better, then I will simply not use or recommend this type of holster.

Won't fit large guns
Wouldn't fit large revolver like S&W 500. Leather is extremely stiff so you'll need some kind of conditioner over time to make it easier to unholster your pistol
