These filters restrict airflow too much -- so much that the AC compressor would freeze up in my case, which could cause extensive and expensive damage. The AC technician measured the airflow with these filters and with regular ones in and was astounded by the results. You need nearly double the normal necessary return air if you want to use these (which some houses with multiple air returns do have). Not much positive to say other than they appear to be sturdily built, but I'll never know. Due to the unresponsive customer service, these expensive filters had to be mothballed, then eventually just thrown away.

I'm extremely pleased with this product. It's holding up well to being cleaned. I do need to clean it every two weeks but I live in a very dusty area. Before getting this, I was going through 2-4 filters a month and the air quality in the house was still noticeably worse than it is now. Within a year, these will definitely have paid for themselves. No regrets at all in ordering them.Update - four years later and these are still in perfect condition. They've saved us more than $1000 in air filters so far.
