Gorgeous huge blooms!
This is my first attempt growing hibiscus plants from seeds. They take a few months to really start growing but once the Oklahoma summer heat began they really started to grow! I will definitely buy again!

None of the seeds germinated
I'm a master gardener and know how to grow this product. None of the seeds germinated so the seeds must have been old.

Temperature and constant moisture is the key for germination
I got 10 seeds. The first 5 I sowed, only one germinated and other 4 did not. The one that germinated also died. I realized I wasn't doing it correctly.During my second try, I got all the 5 seeds to germinate and with in 3 days! Here is what I did for those who may want to try this. I soaked the seeds in water for about 10 hours. The water container was left near my boiler where it is always around 75 Deg F. I got vermiculite and prepared a mixture of vermiculite and water just enough that there is water content in it but it should not be dripping water. I put vermiculite in a plastic container that has a transparent lid. Then I placed the seeds on the vermiculite just enough that they have contact and light still falls on the seeds. I closed the lid and placed it under a 20 Watt CFL bulb at very close distance (6 inches). This setup was placed near the heater where temperature is always 75 deg F. In two days I saw all the seeds has sprouted! I kept it one more day for the sprouts to get bigger before transferring into regular potting soil. For hibiscus to germinate, it needs 80 Deg F. and lot of moisture. I was surprised to see that the seeds germinated in 3 days when the instructions said 2 weeks. Try it. Use vermiculite. It works. Also soak the seeds and keep the water at 75 to 80 Deg F.

Expensive seeds
At this time of year I can't comment on the flowers that I hope these plants produce. At about .75 per seed you would hope to get all 10 seeds that were supposedly in the packet. There were 10. Then on the directions it says to soak overnight and to notch the seeds. Soaking is ok but not the notching. I don't think that one of them grew. The ones that germinated so far look like healthy plants, just not many of them. I paid for 30 and have 18 growing.

good seeds.
This hibiscus seeds looks healthy, I bought from Outsidepride a lot of seeds and all of them grow very nice. They have a good quality seeds. Will see how this one will grow. But - about delivery, yes was at the time but driver was absolutely unprofessional, we put STOP sign close to the house on driveway and still some drivers - not all, most of them very respectful - come to very close to the house, i mean really very close to the garage door just about a 4 feet. Question to Amazon service - who will pay for any damage in our property? And we do not like it. Hopefully Amazon service will do something about it.

Growing well
The seeds came on time and so far they are growing well I put 2 seeds in each pot and within a couple of days I saw sprouts. In a few weeks I intend to put each plant in separate pots till spring. I’m hoping the squirrels and rabbits leave them alone. I also have to worry about voles if I plant them too soon
