Mayatex Apache Saddle Blanket

I love the colors of this one, (I bought 2). I was a bit disappointed by the square shape, since the picture kind of gives the idea of a rectangular one. I'm not using this for a horse. I've found horse blankets quite servicable as small rugs in past. Anyway it makes a nice accent rug in my room.

If you buy this buy an actual blanket too. Beautiful and great quality, just too thin to add any padding or comfort

This blanket was exactly what I was looking for to coordinate with my daughter’s saddle! It matches her tack well and is a nice thickness for over another saddle pad. I use a gel half pad over this blanket to provide extra cushion for our senior qh. This blanket is not made to stand alone under a saddle but will work perfectly as a show blanket to give some color/pattern to match my daughter’s tack.

Have an antique western saddle and needed a saddle blanket. The colors were what we wanted and the price was reasonable. The saddle blanket arrived quickly and the colors are bright and the quality is excellent for displaying the saddle. I am not using this on a horse so I am only describing the look and quality for my purpose. Would not hesitate to purchase from this seller in the future.

When I purchased the two horse blankets, they were for home deco only. I was not expecting a good quality blanket, just something pretty to look at. When the blankets arrived, I was surprised at the beauty and color. My gradchildren were very excited, being around horses all their lives they knew exactly what they were for. After each child taking a blanket, they wanted to know where the horses were. We are using them for decoration in our "cowboy" room, but we are still waiting for the horses.I know nothing about horses, but I do know about home deco, and if you want to use a horse blanket for decoration, this is the one.

Not made of wool. I don’t know about you, but when the item description is a blatant lie, I give one star. This item is made of recycled “textile”. That could be anything. Why lie? Amazon customers have to rely on accurate item descriptions to make our buying choices. When they allow sellers to lie about what materials are used in the product, Amazon just opens themselves to revenue loss by returned items and lost customer trust. Please do something about this.

This is awesome! Very durable and looks Authentic. I bought to put over the back of my sofa, and it looks great! Definitely going to buy a few more colors.
