Montblanc PiX Edition Coy Petrol Rollerball 119583

This was a Christmas gift for our 29 yo who is an Econ professor and writes often. She has already ordered extra ink in green (her university color). It was a wonderful gift.

I’m 99.9% sure the pen is fake. I bought two and both broke within a year. I have a few others I know are real and have worked perfectly for decades. Two of the same pens from the same source breaking in the same timeframe is just too much of a coincidence for these to be real.

I am sad to see that the rollerball mechanism is deficient. It does not roll ink properly. Outside from that, the actual construction of the pen is formidable.

No good,I am montblonck customer for more the thirty years. This pen seems is not genuine since the cap just came off and pin was crocket. I am not happy and disappointed. Hope this is just is malfunction one, which is very unusual for Montblonc stuff. Hope seller reads it and replace it.
