Q: Has anyone had trouble with this falling off their children a lot during play? Is it snug and secure during active play?

It is not snug or secure at all. We tried a replacement, but both hats constantly fell off and fell apart. The white insert doesn't stay in or help. The light falls forward and tips the hat off even when not playing.

Q: How does this turn off and on?

The flashlight pulls away and disconnects. When pushed in it reconnects and lights.

Q: How do you open light to put batteries?

More for adults it was flimsy and the batteries came out easily

Q: Cant get aa batteries in place. it seems to small. aaa are to small?

I didn’t have any problem with the batteries fitting in.
