J'ai utilisé cette appareil mais de mon emplacement beaucoup de misère avec le signal et lorsque j'ai canceller il mon dit que je devais retourner l'appareil ou je devrais payer 30$ de frais alors faite attention car ce nais pas indiqué nulle part

Something doesn't seem right with this company. I just received the device and was trying to set up an account and they make you agree to this:Upon canceling my service, I agree to return my device to Autobrain for recycling purposes. If I do not return the device within 30 days after cancellation, I agree to pay an Environmental Sustainability Service fee of $29.97. I understand if I choose to suspend my service at any time, I will be charged the Environmental Sustainability Service fee if my device is not returned within 30 days; however, upon reactivation of my suspended account, the fee will be refunded to me.Not sure why they feel the need to make you return the device, unless they refurbish it and sell it as new again....Not sure if I'm going to finish the set up process.

At this price, you do not get one month free. You are paying for the month in advance. It is advertised on their packaging that they will refund you only up to a certain amount if you return it, which is less than what you paid for it, take the monthly fee into account. Do the math. It was spotty service and gave me false positives for my car's health.When someone did call me about it, I was just advised to use an OTC fuel cleaner. Then a couple of weeks later I had the false positives again and I ended up taking my vehicle to the dealership and having them check it out (all clear). I cleared the alerts again and a week later they were back up. By then I was just one foot out the door with cancelling. Not worth $120 and false advertising for a free month.I already get road side assistance with my insuracnce, so it made it not worth it even more. Lastly, when I called to cancel, no one answered the phone I had to leave a message, email or go to the chat. When canceling, they then offered a "free month" which should have been given to begin with.Update: They have now changed their description to read properly to include" one month subscription", however, my previous thoughts still stand.

Don’t even know where to begin. The device or app always has glitches. Lots of times it shows the vehicle parked in our driveway even though it is another location. Uses google maps, and more often than not, their posted speed limits are way off. Very sensitive in judging hard accelerations. Can never get the app to reflect the notifications as requested. Constantly getting “F”s as a grade report average even though the driver is not driving poorly. Customer service stinks!
