SAFETY ISSUE
Let’s start with the likes…But read the whole thing because there’s a big dislike! I loved Amazon customer service for handling this so quickly and simply for me when I called. I waited beyond the return window to use this product because we were switching our cars at home and didn’t want to stick it down only to have to unstick it in a few weeks. Otherwise I simply would’ve returned the products. The concept is wonderful. The charging is good enough, the suction from the holder to the car is great. The holder itself ( *when not plugged in to the charger) is wonderful and I love the concept of the sensor to release the phone from the holder, except… That is too sensitive causing the holder to open up and release your phone countless times while driving. It seems that the motion and turning of the vehicle is enough to activate the opening of the holder. That being said I thought I had a defective one because my phone while driving would suddenly be released by the phone holder whose sensors are way too sensitive! The phone would fly out at me hitting my face ( repositioned it after that one) , my knee or just falling down by the pedals while I’m driving. I tried adjusting it so it was almost laying flat, but had to keep it somewhat upright in order to be able to read the screen. It would still fall out. It hurt a bit & most importantly is Very dangerous... you jerk in reaction, instinctively try to catch it and then you have to reach for your phone so it’s not stuck below the pedals while you’re driving… Just imagine all of that! My husband started using his about a week after I did and he’s having the same issue, he simply tossed it out! I chose to keep it and simply to keep the charger unplugged which deactivates the sensor. I use it only as a holder, it does not serve the purpose of charging unless I am fully stopped and I plug it back in because that’s the only way to keep it from being dangerous. Not worth the cost considering that most of the features have to be deactivated in order for it to be safely used as a simple holder. :( I didn’t see a way of getting in touch with the manufacturer on here or I would have instead of just reviewing. If they fixed that glitchy sensor, issue I would definitely recommend and buy this product again. But for now it’s dangerous and I’d say stay away. Thank you Amazon for being so fair with my purchase and my concerns. I’m glad Amazon is no longer selling it considering these issues.

Not card holder compatible, needs super slim phone case
When I plug this into the USB adapter of my Prius it doesn’t work properly. The holder constantly opens to release the phone and closes by itself!You can not have anything else but a very slim case on the phone. No card holders or RFID holders or it will be too thick to hold and will not automatically charge.The charging Is slow.It takes playing with the adjustments to get it aligned just right. I wish the charger could tilt back up at an angle more. It tilts too low & my phone falls out if I accidentally push the very sensitive release button.I may return this before the return window closes if I find a comparable product for my other car that works better.The jury is still out on this product...

I've had this product for about a week now. For the most part it does what it says it does. I love that it offers a vent clip as well, although my car has vertical vents, but it does make it convenient to mount in another car temporarily, such as my boyfriend's. My issue with the product is that, while the automatic sensor is a nice feature, it is too sensitive some times so even the slightest sense of pressure seems to release my phone from the grip which could potentially be dangerous. The device does have a power button, although I'm not sure what it is powering. I do wish that the charger itself was chargeable so that it doesn't require to be plugged in to work. I've experimented with letting it "charge" but it appears that the battery itself is not rechargeable. In my opinion, it is slightly over-priced. But it gets the job done.

Slow charging and holding arms open on their own
I really like the concept of this product but it doesn't execute very well. I really like having both the air vent clip and dashboard mount depending vehicle. preference. The two biggest faults with this product are the charging is very slow and the holding arms are very temperamental. The arms automatically close to hold your phone in place, which is nice, but every time I drive, the arms will randomly open for no reason so my phone slides around and isn't secured. It does this multiple times during the drive too. Also the button to manually open/ close the arms is incredibly sensitive.

Damaging to Phone
I was super excited for this wireless charging car mount for my vehicle. The major problem with this car mount was that it keep unlatching the handle by it self and throwing it off, sending it flying down my car. Lucky my new galaxy S10 was still in good shape. And also, it doesn't charge my phone. I got the Crazy malfunction one!! So disappointed!! It look very cool though, but doesn't work right!

Great for aspiring flying phones!
When I buy something I expect it to work 100% with no questions asked.My favorite thing about this holder is that the arms on the side open and close like its waving to you for about 90% of your car ride.Also, I hope you like you phone jumping out at you when you accelerate because it does that too!This is the worst holder I have ever bought and I will never buy anything from the company again.I'm going to try an get my money back

Easy to assemble and use. I like the idea of two ways to mount it in the car.

item sucks
i wish i could return it.it has automatic open close for the cell phone and horrible opens randomly even drop phone while driving causing you to catch it outta reflexes or just because can have accident but in my case let it fall and crack my iphone XRMAX
