Feliway - Refill, 48 ml

The diffuser heats up, but the wick is NEVER wet, and I don't see liquid decreasing. I switched refills with no result. Any input as to why?

I am thinking about get this for bullying cat. I have a cat who keep picking on other cats and it is getting worse.

Is this refill compatible with the new design of Feliway Diffuser. The packaging looks different?

Has anyone had success using this to calm a cat left at home while you’re on vacation?
