Great useful box
This box is sturdy and looks great placed on the base of my coffee tableI find it perfect for keeping all the bits and pieces in that you may have laying around the lounge - such as spare glasses, pens, magazines etc.If it had felt patches on the base to protect the wood surface it stands on it would be exceptional.

Not fit for purpose
I bought this in March 2024, after just two months the hinge has broken and part of the wood has broken off. I have wasted my money.

Love item,sturdy, poor finish, rough for painted item.
Poor finish for painted item, great design, but very, very rough, had to sand & repaint areas as needed urgently . If I had known I would have got the bare pine wood one cheaper, manythanks amazon for part refund, great customer service.

Très mauvaise qualité
Très mauvaise qualité de fabrication. Les charnières sont ultra fragiles et épaisses comme du papier à cigarettes, résultat ça casse au bout de quelques manipulations, donc à changer dès réception... la mienne est arrivée cassée d'ailleurs, mais après signalement le vendeur m'en a envoyé une autre sans frais. C'est un effort de sa part à saluer. Mais je vais quand même devoir remplacer les charnières de la nouvelles car elles sont vraiment sous-dimensionnées et inadaptées.
