Have Medical Equipment? Need This!
If you travel with medical equipment on any airline, you need to buy this. Don't ask, just do. Thank me later after you been through the nightmare called the TSA. If you go through Miami, even if you call the TSA in advance, they won't be there for you. You need this tag on your stuff. Don't be stupid and think you can fly somewhere and you will always get your stuff back. No. I was in America! Can't imagine how it would be if I left the US. I had this on my luggage with the law on it stating that I was supposed to have my medical items with me and I called in advance to TSA in Miami. Four times. Once to set it up. Once the day before I left. When I got to the airport to go to Miami. New Orleans is fabulous. Louis Armstrong Airport was night and day better service but they're a lot smaller airport than Miami. Then I called TSA again to double check it was all OK to do over again in Miami when I was leaving to go home. They still gave me a hard time! Law? What law? If there's nobody to enforce it for us what good is it? You still don't want your equipment going to Kalamazoo somewhere or the place in Michigan either (haha) Our plane was delayed because of me! You do NOT want that embarrassment but I believe if I didn't have this tag on my luggage, I wouldn't have been able to have my equipment inside in the plane. The law is written on the tag stated that medical equipment is allowed. My husband showed it to them and they eventually got us to the plane and we came home. Admittedly I was so scared I'd lose my scooter I purchased FOUR of these tags but we ended up needing them for my husband's CPAP and our medicine bag as well. My scooter was put in the cabin with 2 of these attached. Whew! Talk about stressful!

Great Product!
The tags are great for travelers who need to bring along medical equipment. The tags are as described. The only disappointment I have is that one tag has the ACAA rules on the back, while the other one has space to add your contact info. That is fully described on the product page, but I missed that little detail. I wish there was an option to order both tags the same way (i.e., both with the ACAA rules on the back) because I really don't need another tag with my contact info since I already have a luggage tag with that information. Still happy overall with my purchase.

Very General
I noticed when I was shopping for a medical device tag that most were to put on bags this is the only one that I could put on my wheelchair and made sense. I do wish that there was a option for more specific ones for wheelchairs because now most wheelchairs come apart and we don't want to buy three.(or however many pieces your wheelchair separates into)

Fine, but way overpriced.
This was advertised as two tags. What I got was two paper tagged that I could have printed myself, one vinyl holder (should be two), and two vinyls straps to fasten to my luggage. The costs to produce this can’t add up to even a dollar and I was charged a total of $14 and some change for the product and tax. The photo online leads one to believe the holder is sturdier and that there are two tags. If I had paid $4.99, I would be fine with that. It’s not worth $12.99 + tax.
