I used this to make a twin-stick arcade controller for a Raspberry Pi.The buttons are good quality with fairly light action with concave tops and come in a selection of colours.The joysticks are great quality too - they are physically very like Sanwa with rotatable gates (4 way / 8 way) on the back. I have replaced the gates in mine for octagonal ones as that's what I prefer for the games I play.A nice feature of this board is that you only need single USB port to connect two joysticks and 20 buttons.On a Raspberry Pi (using RetroPie) the system could initially only see one joystick under /dev/input/js1. Turns out you need a workaround for the driver - it's easy though. Use the lsusb command line tool to find the device id:$ lsusb... and look for the device, mine showed up as:Bus 001 Device 007: ID 0810:e001 Personal Communication Systems, Inc. Twin controllerThe "0810:e001" (or similar) is what you want - then just add this to the end of the Raspbery Pi's /boot/cmdline.txt file and reboot:usbhid.quirks=0x0810:0xe001:0x00000040This is a good starter kit for a fist time builder and is great value.

Unfortunately the dual encoder that is part of the kit doesn’t work. I must have a faulty one. Been tested on other joysticks also

Great product, was cheaper than the kit i brought from another seller for my old arcade cabinet, easy to install and works a treat. I even got it delivered on a Sunday.
