We couldn't be more pleased with this bidet. There are many types and brands out there and we decided to try this one - and just love it. The controls are easy to manage without having to look at them (if the bracket/knobs are on the right side of the toilet, turn the main control to the right for the back and to the left for the front). When turning the bidet off, there's a soft click that tells you when it's off so you don't have to watch that either. It was easy to install and all parts were included. The parts are of very good quality and fit without having to use other plumbing parts. The bumpers for the toilet seat are included but we did have to order a "booster" set to give it a little more height. This was due to the style of our toilet seat so the extra bumpers may not be needed on all seats. Overall, this bidet and included parts are of great quality and fit our plumbing, it's easy to install and maintain and we're pleased with all aspects of this product.

So the only thing I will say you will have trouble with is the installation of the bidet, personally it only took me 15 min, but your bathroom maybe set up differently, making it more difficult.The first time I hooked it up water leaked, but this company thought of everything providing me with Teflon tape (that you will mostl likely need) to create a seal around the threads. They also put in bumpers and extra valves and tubes made of stainless steel.I personally didn’t connect the hot water because I don’t need it but I set it up at my friends place and it works great.You won’t regret it if you buy it

First I should mention that the "standard accessories" listed on the instructions, aren't what the product is actually shipped with. Instead of the 182 cm steal hose for hot water, it comes with a polyurethane tube, and a slightly different t-adapter and hot water cap to accommodate it's use in the installation. After figuring out that I wasn't sent the wrong equipment, installation was easy. I installed the cold water t-adapter on the bottom of the tank, instead of the on/off valve, but it will work either way. The washers make it so you don't need plumbers tape, at least I haven't had any leaks since installing it.The temperature control works very well with the hot and cold water, and it's very easy to find a comfortable temperature. The pressure can be a bit much, even on it's lowest setting, so don't turn it on full blast. In comparison, the feminine wash setting is more gentle, so you could always re position yourself as needed.The plastic bit that houses the controls worries me, in that it seems a bit flimsy. I could see it accidentally getting broken, if care isn't taken to avoid pressure on it. Other than that, I'm happy with the product so far.Minus one star, for not including updated directions that include the polyurethane tube in the installation, as well as the different cold water t-adapter.

I only was able to hook up the cold water because how my bathroom is set up. i was worried at first at the thought of "cold" water hitting me, but it is not bad at all! It has good pressure and cleans very well. I now use so little toilet paper and i have a sparking clean rear end. totally worth it.

The product is great and easy to install. I don’t have hot water hooked up so that was an error on my part for getting one with hot/cold water feature. Cleaning the spout is a feature and convenient to use. I will recommend this product if you have hot water in your water line.

I bought this at the beginning of the pandemic. After some confusion and errors, I received the bidet. It doesn’t work correctly. The nozzle that is meant for the front of a woman’s vag is broken and just sprays water out of the bottom.After contacting Amazon they let me know that the manufacturer was out of stock and they couldn’t replacement. The only reason for the 3 starts is Amazon refunded my money and let me keep the broken bidet. It still works for the rear.I will be upgrading soon as I wanted to be able to cleanse both areas.

Great product, but you will probably have hot water leakage unless you replace the plastic nuts with brass ones AND add a bit of Teflon tape. We spent $130 extra for this and the initial installation. Otherwise, no issues. Refreshing and saves on paper. We love them.

This is my second one first broke within in 15days temperature control was bad and dangerous if you hook to hot and cold.It will give you a serious burn. And it leaked also.Company was nice enough to acknowledge that it could be defective and they replaced it.But the second one couple of days broke again first my son told me that he got burnt bcz super hot water started coming in. I thought he accidentally open hot water but when I tried same thing like the first one extreme hot water even though you have the dial on cold and then it started leakingWill contact the seller tomorrow.
