If you’re not using resistance bands yet, do yourself a fave and DO IT!!! I’m on a fitness journey and these have really helped me out a lot and the results are definitely showing.I was skeptical at first because it was new. They are definitely snug and my thick thighs were not having it at the beginning, but they do stretch after some time. Think of it as a really strong and firm memory foam for your legs, glutes and hammies.I’m really satisfied!

I dont often write reviews on Amazon because I get too many things and just dont have time to write them. But for this product I am making an exception. These bands are in one word.....INCREDIBLE. I'm a guy by the way. Why would I need them you ask? I play ice hockey. These bands are used to strengthen the exact muscles you use to skate on the ice. I have been using the rubber ones for the last few years and they all either ripped, or curled up and became unusable. Not to mention they hurt my hairy legs when i moved around in them. These bands have the perfect resistance on them and they dont hurt even when you put them on bare skin. They dont move around...period. This is a very high quality product and worth every penny. The smile I had on my face when I first used them was something I will remember for a long time.

I am enjoying the resistance bands. They are very comfortable and easy to use. Non slip eases ability to perform exercises correctly. Three different resistance strengths makes workout challenging for any level. Much better than latex version, these will not break under pressure

These are made very well and definitely provide a great workout. They are very stiff however and make some workouts a little difficult due to low stretch. I believe this will improve with more use, butas of now they are great for glute workouts when used on the thigh, but difficult for glute workouts that involve resistance on the ankles/arches of feet (for instance kickbacks/donkeys/fire hydrants) I appreciate the color coding/labeling to differentiate sizes and the carrying bag is nice as well.

Great leg bands. I’ve never used legs bands prior to this set, so it took me a second or so to figure out these are more for the hip area than the ankle. Which is great! I got a better workout because of it. I’m sure they would work well right above the knees too. Great resistance and well made. Def glad I made this purchase.

I only gave it a 4 star field durability because I've only had them for a week. For the price it's a super great deal. The colors are really nice they're nice and thick and they come with an instructional booklet. I was really impressed. So far the light resistance one has worked great for me. I can't wait to work my way up to the harder resistance band.

Lovely product that I believe will last a long time. Seems very well made , durable and nice colors!However, communication with the company is different. A free gift is offered, however nowhere on their site indicates where to do this, and therefore seems unavailable!

The product I’ve been looking for to make my butt more firm! It doesn’t slide down when working out, very cheap for what comes inside the box. I only took a picture of one band that I have on me at the moment. It comes with a very handy workout book to guide you and inspire you to do new exercises with the bands you bought. Also included a free elastic band gift.
