JSPSonis®3 Adjustable Ear Defenders - 37dB SNR - Grey/Red (AEB040-0A1-A00)

These Sonis Ear Defenders are one of the best there are and I would highly recommend them. I recently bought a powerful, Cabinet table-saw and it makes a tremendous racket. These defenders cut the sound level to a murmur; fabulous. What's more, they arrived, albeit in a bit of a crumpled cardboard box (who cares!), from Desk Warehouse well on time, in excellent condition and at the cheapest price that I could find.What more could you ask? Highly recommended.

Excellent sound reduction, even in a noisy office. Reasonably priced. Quite comfortable.

Really good quality and helps block out really loud sound, which I need since I suffer with tinnitus but still able to hear peoples voiced reasonably well.

I gave these ear defenders and extra star because they are INCREDIBLY effective at sound reduction, but took one off because they are not adjustable, so you cannot hear anything at all around you. For shooting, this is not a negative if you are for instance, spotting, or doing jobs while the noise happens all around you. However, do not buy if you need to be able to communicate with others while wearing them.The noise reduction rating is extremely impressive, but that also increases the bulk of the ear pieces. You pay your money and you take your choice. At the price point, the sound reduction is second to none.

Afraid to use earplugs unless they get lost in the canal and due to discomfort, when I need to have some quiet, indeed near silence for study and reading, I've taken to wearing these, the well insulated cup removing most if not all background noise without any active measures. Although they feel tight initially, they're fine once you get used to them.

Got these for occasional use when working in a belfry. They feel quite heavy & although they adjust well to fit over my ears, the adjustment feels a bit flimsy – not convinced it would stand up to daily wear and tear. Sound protection is good – they don’t cut out all sound, but there is a significant muffling effect. Happy to recommend if you need something for occasional use, but perhaps look for something with better adjustments if you need it for daily use.

Great ear defenders .I SAID GREAT EAR DEFENDERS!!!. You can hear nothing with these on , just wishbone were more comfortable to sleep in . But for doing noisy jobs they are amazing. For under £30.00 you cannot go wrong .

I gave the ear defenders to my son who works on a busy construction site. He advised they were comfortable and reduced the noise level well. He was pleased with the quality design and quite happy to recommend them.
