The hair itself was good quality and the service cannot be faulted in terms of order to delivery time. The quality of hair was good, however the colour was slightly out and too light for 1B, I will however reoder another in black

To heavy and the comb and velcro fastening is very thick, so therefore it looked very fake as my own hair when scraped back was to thin... So got full refund from amazon and very easy to return item, so thumbs up for that....

My wife was very happy with it, hairdresser who attached it also said it's very good quality.

I've tried a different ponytail extension before and it looked awful, it shed and broke. I'm so relieved that this looks natural (because it is) and so far has held together well.It needs a little playing with to get it looking good - it's flattened from packaging. But quickly relaxes. This is the 16inch light brown which comes out auburn. I am auburn so this is great for me - it's even a little light/redder than some of my hair, but matches the lighter parts well. Good for ginger / redheads that have a soft red / auburn hue. There is also nice strand variation so it doesn't look dyed.It doesn't pull on my hair or feel overly heavy. I did do a double pony tail of my natural hair to make a good anchor to start with and it seems to be holding up well. It hasn't budged all day and I had forgotten all about it until I looked in the mirror. With a little playing I can also plait it and put it in a bun.All in all this is the perfect fit for me.

The fact the strip of hair that goes round the pony to hide where it’s clipped in is Velcro doesn’t impress me and rips at my own hair the panel that holds the hair together should me smaller too

I mean it’s all right I would of gave it 5 stars but it gets 4 because after awhile the hair gets frizzy and bushy even when you go to straighten it you go outside and the humidity hits it it turns poofy 🤦🏽‍♀️

Due to bleaching my hair many times over lock down (oops!) it caused my hair to fall out and break off A LOT, leaving me with very short hair, especially on the one side. My appearance was really bringing me down so I decided to order this ponytail after reading mixed reviews - and I am SO glad I did! I ordered the Ash Blonde 16 inch - and when it came I realised that it didn’t go well with my roots (although the colour itself was beautiful). I dyed it using a dark blonde box dye and the results are amazing! The ponytail is thick and so soft, and the perfect length. As silly as it sounds it really has brought my confidence back, and will mean I will no longer be putting heat on my hair!I really do recommend :-)
