This is essentially a cable with some cheap plastic attached and a couple of nuts and bots. Advertised as adjustable but which in my mind means I can adjust it anytime I want but what they mean is that you can adjust it only once because you have to cut it with some wire cutters and it will be that size for good. It also is a little awkward in how it works at its axis of rotation. The rope and handle are at a 90 degree angle whereas most jump ropes come out straight from the handle.I was surprised that this had such good ratings but then when I conveyed my concerns to the manufacturer they were nice in apologizing and offered me a free jump rope. So now I understand how this has such a high rating.

Easy to use and adjust. The rope itself is a little light. That's not a problem if you jump at a medium speed or higher. Otherwise, you might want look for something else. If more than one person is going to use this rope and they're a different size than you, this might cause a problem as the rope would benefit more from a permanent adjustment. Leaving the ends dangling will get annoying. But, this is a very affordable rope. So, get two!

I love this jump rope. Perfect for double unders, but it does sting if you hit yourself (like all jump ropes designed for speed). I had a different rope brand before this one and it wore down to the wire - which was very painful. This one still has not done that and I've had it for over a year. Highly recommend

Very comfortable! It was a perfect size, I'm 5'6 and had no trouble sizing the rope to fit me. The handle grips have a weighted feel which is nice when holding and jumping rope for longer periods of time. Shipped very quickly, received it when I was told I would get it. Would definitely recommend this product!

nice speed rope

Great little speed rope. I really liked the adjustments and how it can be hand tightened. The cables are hard to cut , even my wire strippers cant get through. I had to use actual metal shears to cut it.

Worthless and useless! used it about 10 times and the screw fell off that let you shorten or make the jump rop longer
