The soap is great! My only complaint is that when I opened the package, the seam on the tube was busted in a little spot. The outside of the bottle was covered in the soap and it was a mess. I read similar reviews before purchasing this soap and figured I would risk it, but mine came busted too. Just something to consider.

When you use this in the shower, it feels like a warm facial for a short time. It hasn't been too harsh for my sensitive skin. I hope this product stays on the market!!

No, literally hot! It is a great concept. Don't know how much more effective it is. It does feel really nice as it super heats and opens the pores for certain. Really wish there was a larger size option for more a better price. I've experimented with 10 different Neutrogena Rapid Clear oil eliminating foaming cleanser alternatives since that product hasn't been available since Covid shelter in place announcements.This product is really nice and it did help eliminate any black heads from forming, if I had any. Large pores getting smaller is the idea behind opening, cleaning, and closing without trapping dirt in your skin. But for us old people, it is probable to late to make huge pores that much smaller. LOL. Whatever, we all get old eventually, IF WE ARE LUCKY!Hope this helps.

As for the produce it’s self I love, good replacement for the anti blackhead cleanser, I currently can’t find this produce in store so online is the only option, container came busted with a sticker covering the hole, usually I would just shrug stuff like this off but considering during covid they dropped the only thing that worked for my skin and it took me 5 months to find this formula that works like the old one with a lower amount Of OZ, priced higher, and not in my local, stores I’m a little irritated.

I love Biore... And ive been battling bad acne for the past 4 years... Tried everything... Long story short. I wasnt impressed with the "Heated treatment" because it didnt stay hot enough long enough. From the time you squrt it on your hand.. To putting it on your face.. It isnt hot anymore. And maybe it was just me.. But it made my face EXTREMELY oily. Ill give it a few more shots..but as of now... Not impressed. Oh. It smells okay.... Lol

Works like any other face wash... warming sensation lasts a few seconds. Nice but I think it's just like any other face wash.
