Nice, simple, complete kit. Speaker adapters fit exactly right, all hardware supplied and wiring plugs right in. HUGE increase in sound quality.........better bass and clearer louder and less distortion. For me I don't feel the need for an amp ( but I'm not needing loud music at 85 mph ).

Awesome sounding speakers I installed these on a 2011 Harley Street Glide. I wrap the back of the speakers with poly fill sheeting. They have good highs and lows much crisper than the stock speaker no distortion.

These speakers sound good, they are very loud at the beginning, but after a while they started cutting out at high volume, but that was only the start of the problems. I started to get a loud rumble /vibrating at acceleration coming from inside my fairing. It started to get worse as time went by, to the point the bike was unridable cause i thought the fairing was going to come off. When i opening it up as you can see this is what i found. The magnet is so big and heavy these brain surgeons decided to make the bridge out of a cheap plastic. There was no hit just riding. So i complained to biketroncs, with a fight, decided to send me another after i paid $25 to ship the old ones back. What i got with the “new” speakers is a letter stating they will no longer replace them if they break again. Only 6 months of riding and boom broke again. Avoid these speakers, the headache is not worth it :-(

Installed these on Victory cross country with a amp. First season they played flawlessly. This year first ride the left speaker was cutting in and out. After taking the fairing off everything was good no loose wiring, amp gain was at 5 (of 11), there was no scratching pressing the basket. worked fine in the garage. Next ride cut gain to 3 same thing, can't figure it out. can't challenge the lifetime warranty, because it's not blown. Saw similar review on Crutchfield's site. Ordered Polk mm 652's . I thought $400 would be the cats meow.
