Mustek S400W iScan Air Wireless Document Scanner

This wireless scanner does not connect to your wireless network. Instead, it creates its own wireless network that you must connect to each time you want to use the scanner. To do so you need to disconnect from your own wireless network and then reconnect when you are finished scanning. This is annoying and would be unnecessary if the scanner just connected to your own network.Also, the scanner only works with their very minimal app for the Mac (or a similar app for Windows). It has almost no features and can only scan one page at a time.The scanner works but is very primitive and very annoying to use.

This scanner works very well. I had the original Mustek scanner for my old ipad and it had issues. Jammed frequently and wouldn't pull some photos through. This wireless version has worked much better than the old one and you don't have plugs and wires to deal with. I would highly recommend it.

I returned this item. It would not power on. Muster responded to my email, the following business day, recommending that I return the scanner.I then ordered a Brother DS-920DW, as replacement, and it works great!

This is great I'm a truck driver an I can send my paper by emai an not have to rely on nail to get it there . Simple to operate .

This scanner has been a real blessing. It works flawless with my IPhone. I use it to scan and Email paperwork to our office for billing and payroll. No more waiting on Postal Service!!

Only works to scan a 1-page document!Wish it stated so up front in the packaging-- knowing so would have prompted me to NOT buy it only to become frustrated after figuring this out on my own. My box only came with a "Quick Start Guide" and no full manual so it was an online hunt to try to get the vendor manual.In my opinion, overpriced 1-paged scanner-- current scanners can handle better scanning resolution at lower prices too!

I can't believed that awesome portable wireless scanner no need insert SD memory card have easy real-time scan my old family photos and work document to my Smartphone and Laptop. Mustek customer support is nonexistent. Calls go to an unattended voicemail system. They ignore emails. Their published fax number is actually an apartment complex in California.
