How can you say no to saving all of the dogs? Great quality coffee as well, and I'd admit to being a bit of a coffee snob. Made a great pour over as well as French press. Get some, drink it while you love on your dog.

I've tried several of Hugo's roasts and Black Paw is definitely my favorite. Smooth and tasty; I pick some up every time I'm in Park City and now with online availability I don't have to worry about running out.

Purchased light roast version.Advertised as light roast, but the bag I received has beans roasted to medium darkness. Wife and I prefer lightly roasted beans so we can enjoy the complexity and subtitles from the coffee itself and not be overpowered by burnt flavor from the roasting process. It’s a decent medium coffee that doesn’t have distinct favors, but not what a light roast coffee drinking would be searching for.

Light Roast is much better than any other brands I tried & there has been many.

Very good coffee, would buy again.
