I have been using to make yogurt and could not tell you if they are any good. They say they go bad fast. They are going bad faster than I can use them. I may try another brand to see if there is a difference

I made yogurt with this. It made me sick.I have never had problems taking it straight in pill form.I can't tell if it's helping my colitis.I'm not going to buy again.

Use this to make our fermented dairy/yogurt. Works great!

I would buy again, and when time is right would try some others.

I tried to culture this into a yogurt multiple times and it was a fail EVERY time. $25 worth of half and half down the drain and I might as well throw these pills in the trash too...

It makes good "yogurt".
