Poorly Constructed Swivel Ball Lock Broke Soon After Buying
I originally rated this product four stars, but am downgrading it to one star because the swivel ball locking mechanism broke in two after just a couple weeks of use holding my iPad on my exercise bike. It clearly is not strong enough to handle the weight of an iPad for extended use. I'm returning it and will try a different model.
