Keeps coffee warm
This is exactly what my husband was looking for. The stainless steel keeps drinks too hot and he couldn’t enjoy his coffee on the way to work without adding an ice cube or 2. This cup keeps it just hot enough while not burning your mouth.

Not a bad Mug
I like everything about it, the opening is not super large so that massive amounts of hot beverage are coming out at once, the hole to allow air to get in the mug so that it will disperse works well, I like the spill clip that is easy to open and close. My only complaint is that it's pretty smooth and if you fingers are at all damp (or cold) it may not be too easy to grip. I've only used it once so far (this morning) and so I only have one experience with it. This is NOT a mug that will keep your beverage hot all day -- I poured mine around 8:30 and by 10:30 it was only warm, but for my purposes, an hour to hour and a half is all I need to have it stay warm. Not sure it was worth the price when I found something similar at the dollar store (not insulated quite as well) for $1.00.

second purchase
The reviewer "Melissa - WV" and I could be twins. I lost my favorite travel coffee cup in 2016 in an interstate move. I searched and searched and tried many. Finally I found this one and said "I'll give it a try". Now it is 7 years later! I've used it almost every day and it has been in the microwave almost daily. The lid has just in the last week lost a bit of integrity which allows the coffee to seep out when I sip thus dripping a coffee drip on my shirts!! So, time to get a new one. I ordered it tonight. This cup is microwavable, has a snap lid, and has a handle - 3 crucial elements for me. This handle (open on the bottom) I like even better than my former favorite travel coffee cup. It also fits in the cup holder of my new (in 2016) car. I have only tipped it over a couple of times in the 7 years of nearly daily use. The only thing I would change if I could is to make the bottom just a little bit wider. I'm so thankful that it is still available. I can't recommend it highly enough. I'd give it 10 stars if I could. Thank-you to the designers and the company for keeping it on the market.

BEST CUP IN THE WORLD!!!
So here is my coffee cup story. I lost my favorite coffee cup about 4 years ago (left it at the doctor's office). Had I known how "Ir-replaceable" that cup was, I would have gone back for it! So, I set out on a journey to find another coffee cup. Little did I know, this would be one long, bumpy, expensive journey. I purchased cups from stores like Starbucks, Wal-Mart, and Amazon. The cups all looked nice and even had good reviews, but I always found something lacking. My husband will attest to this fact, I am one of the pickiest coffee cup people known to mankind. It's true. None of the cups I purchased (to my husband's chagrin) made the cut. Finally, when all else failed, I resorted to sending my husband out for weekly purchases of McDonald's coffee. . . just for the cup! (my husband is a great guy). The McDonald's coffee cup met all my qualifications (except it deteriorated in a week). But, I really had no choice. The McDonald's cup would have to do. Then came the crushing blow. McDonald's switched to some generic version an insulated paper cup (i.e. JUNK). So now I had to commence my perfect coffee cup search all over again. As I went out to Amazon (my favorite shopping place) I scrolled through the endless photos of coffee cups, many which I had previously viewed over the years. I began to remember the features of my favorite coffee cup (ex. raised lip, no leak snap on lid, etc.). I took note that "The Cuperator" bore a striking resemblance to my favorite coffee cup. After placing three cups in my cart and analyzing each, I finally eliminated the others and chose The Cuperator. And Lord knows, I am SO GLAD I DID! Literally, this cup is EVERYTHING I hoped it would be! Raised lip on the lid, including a small hole in the center to allow the smooth flow of the drink. This is important to prevent the coffee from rushing to your lip and burning you. Do you know how many coffee lids do not have this feature? The lid also snaps down so you do not have to struggle trying to line up the threads and twist it on. Now I don't know if it is supposed to be microwavable, but I put mine in the microwave and I didn't see any sparks, so it seems microwavable to me. The handle is perfectly designed to allow the cup to fit into a car cup carrier and it keeps my coffee warm for a good hour. . .plenty of time for me to drink it. So, my journey to find the perfect coffee cup has finally come to a close. If you are like me and have been searching for that perfect cup too, The Cuperator may just be the cup you have been looking for. Hope this review helps (or at least entertains) someone. Cheers!

Don't waste your money on this
It seems very cheaply made. It leaked around the drink opening, it does not seal well at all. Did not keep my coffee hot for more than an hour. Don't waste your money on this!

Perfect!
My husband loves this mug for several reasons: The top is a 'flip open' top instead of the slide (germs get under that slide part), and it's not too huge, and it will fit in his cup holder nicely because the handle doesn't meet the mug at the bottom, and it's not insulated - he wants to start drinking it right after he leaves for work so it's not Too hot. It's Juuuust right. :-)

The lid is leaking
The media could not be loaded. The lid is leaking. It would be great if I had a better lid. I’ve had this kind of cup and lid before and it was great I could fall asleep with it and it would never leak. So sad this lid is bad.I had a second one sent and the same issue with the leaking lid. So dissatisfied.
