Perfect for LED tube retrofit
I needed extra 18 gauge solid wire for installing non-shunted T8 lampholders/tombstones when retrofitting for single-ended LED tubes. Lowes, Menards, Home Depot, and my local electrical supply house did not stock this wire, in-store or online. Please note: do not use 18 gauge thermostat wire to retrofit LED lights. It is not UL rated for this application. Use this wire instead.

Damn solid and Thick wire. Good but too thick and stiff for me.
If you need copper wire that is very sturdy and thick, this one-strain wire will get the job done for you. For me though? It was completely NOT what i needed. So be VERY careful here, if you need VERY bendable and flexible wires, this will be terrible for that. It was also nearly impossible to attach this to any solder points. What you in this case want instead, is thinner wire that is made with multiple smaller strands of copper instead of 1 fat one. Therefore, this wire was great. But not for me.

A nice product
If you are in need of 100' of 26 gauge solid copper hook-up-wire, this works well. Remember, you want to install solid copper wire in situations where the wire will not be moved back and forth. Under moving conditions the solid copper wire will temper and become brittle. Where the wire will or might be periodically flexed, use stranded wire. In addition, 26 gauge is a little small for bread-boarding. For permanent wiring jobs up to a maximum of about 2 A (2000 mA) and relatively short runs it is a good choice (Really about half that amount is a nice safe working range). It is a nice size choice in micro-controller circuits. Not so small that it is hard to work with and large enough for just about anything directly wired to a micro-controller.

Yup, it's wire. With green insulation. On a spool.
It's solid copper wire, pretty hard to screw up. I used this for grounding an antenna system, ran between the coax ground block and the main ground wire coming in to the electrical panel. It did it's job as expected. Not sure how reasonable the cost is, I honestly didn't shop around at all. I was buying a ton of other stuff from Amazon at the same time and didn't want the hassle of buying some stuff from other places. I'm assuming you could get this cheaper somewhere local, but who knows.

White wire perfect for hanging items against a white wall
The white insulation is a clever camouflage for the wire I used to suspend string lights against a white wall. (Looks like the wire would also do a good job condiucting electricity!)

Good wire at a good price.
Solid copper, real good insulation. Strips well. Works for my purposes (console hacking) well enough at any rate.

Really like it.
If you are using solderless connections than solid wire is far preferable to threaded wire.

Great wire
Using to rewire and refurbish old T-5 sconce lights to T-5 Direct wire LEDs. I would like 100' rolls, but they have been unavailable.
