Does not fit.
Completely different than the one that came with my water fountain. I've made it work, but I feel I'll go through this style faster. Plus the cat can reach in and grab it. She's knocked off the top twice with her trying to remove the filter.

bought these to replace the originals. They don't fit right and float allowing water to pass under them instead of through them defeating their purpose.
