I bought this smaller tv for my bedroom. For the past year, it has worked well. Sometimes I have the volume down to 10, other times I've had to turn it all the way up --depending on the program. Just last night my apps decided they wouldn't load (a year to the date of purchase). After trying to research it online, I finally unplugged it (to get the model number) and that was enough to restart whatever wasn't working. Hopefully, it stays that way.

Great T.V. , bought two for our new house and have them in the bed rooms. Great picture and good sound quality! My son loves this for his gaming. You can skip the cable cord if you have Amazon Prime and download the app and watch t.v. that way. Would highly recommend 😊
