I will add more later. This is later and I was shocked!
The operation is quite good/simple. Charging and transfering music is as easy as it can get.But . . . .Sound quality is very good out of the player with good earbuds. Sound quality with the supplied earbuds is very poor. I will give it a waterproof test tomorrow when I hit the pool.Well, I did my laps yesterday and I was very pleasantly surprised. Walking out to the pool I was listing to my player and the sound quality was ok. I figured that at least I would be listening to something while swimming. I don't know how they did it but once my ears were below water the sound quality jumped UP a bunch. I am very happy with this player and have added another star to my rating. I have not given it 5 stars until I have had it a while. None of my previous waterproof players have lasted a year. I will say that looking at the MISUK player it looks like you could drive a truck over it without any harm. If it's still working 6 months from now it will get another star.11/15/19 - I love it/them. I have 2 with different types of music so depending what mood I am in I’m ready for a swim. Battery life has been a pleasant surprise. It’s been dropped, kicked and just generally been abused and it continues to work. Great!

Nice form factor for 1/5th of the price of an equivalent waterproofed shuffle.
Great price point. So far all the features work including the FM. Audio quality is good and drives good volume. The accompanying earbud headphones are pretty good, almost as good as the surge which I normally use, although the bass is a bit lacking. UPDATE: Bass is better if your ears get wet and the seal is better. The earbud cord is short to use with a swim cap or clip to your neck opening on a shirt. Wraparound earphones are included as well and have long cords. The unit is small at 1" x 1.5". The clip works well and seems like it should hold up for a while unless I damage it. Remounting a surfski isn't gentle activity and it could bust then. If that happens I'll use stick on velcro. The button presses on the main unit require a solid press, which is probably good to prevent inadvertent changes, but something to keep in mind if it's not responding the way you think it should. push harder.I wanted a fully random shuffle but it seemed to be shuffling within folders. I moved all my songs to the root folder and now it shuffles through them all.Bottom line I'll probably buy another when it fails from my abuse.Update: I've had a few times where I go to use the unit after charging and the battery is dead. Once unplugging from the charger, if I start it up and then pause it (auto-shutoff) it will be ok. Minus one star for having same sort of usability issue here. I've used the unit for about 10 kayak trips now. Also the shuffle was a bit non-random I think, so I randomly renamed all the files with a utility and it shuffles better.

Best swim MP3....for a little while anyways
At first it out shone the competition, which for me specifically was a Syryn unit (reviewed here: https://www.amazon.com/review/review-your-purchases/edit?_encoding=UTF8&asin=B018YKTD1Y&channel=YAcc-wr ). Sound quality was excellent, battery life superb. I could easily get in a weeks worth of training (about 15 hours) on a charge. Button feel was way better than the Syryn, very positive and responsive. Sound as I said was excellent, no issues with volume or controls. And then it just quit. In the middle of a lap. Didn't touch it, no messing with buttons or ear plugs. It just quit. Won't charge, no lights, just dead after only 3 months of use. The Syryn made it a year and a half even with some of its oddities it just worked. This unit went 3 months. Won't be replacing it with the same player, on the hunt for something else, which is slim pickings :-(

Great so far for swimming laps.
I have only used the music player 4 times, so I cannot speak to the longevity. However, it has definitely changed the game for me for lap swimming, as I am not one of those people who can get into a zen place and just want to be done with my workout because it is so boring. The first time I used them, I used the smaller version of the supplied regular ear bud, and I thought that the music was cutting out, but it was actually the water in my ear muffling the sound. So I still had music, but it was very faint. The next time, I lubed up my ear with petroleum jelly and stuck the smaller of the tree-like earbuds in there, and it was amazing. The sound is not great (tinny) on land - I cannot imagine why you would use this product for land workouts unless you have a sweating disorder. Underwater, however, the sound is just fine, and you’re swimming laps for heaven’s sake, not going to a concert (though the volume can get pretty loud when you wedge those suckers in). Loading music on took the better part of a morning because I had to convert a lot of stuff from AAC to MP3 in iTunes, but I have hours worth of music and have not even used half of the memory. For me, everything in one folder is fine. I set it to “shuffle” and actually get through an hour of swimming without wanting to run out of the pool screaming (which would be slippery and dangerous, not to mention alarming for the other swimmers) from boredom, so basically this music player has helped not just me but the safety of everyone else swimming at the Y when I am there.

Outstanding swimming MP3 player
Update 07-06-2020: I continue to be impressed by the SWMIUSK Waterproof MP3 Player. I've been swimming a mile per day, four days per week (avg) since Oct 2019 with this MP3 player, and it continues to function well. The provided earphones are not top-of-the-line and leaked because the earbuds do not fit properly. I purchased other earphones and earbuds from Amazon. This latter combination works well for me.Original Review: For the price, it is hard to beat. I've been swimming with this MP3 player since October 2019 and am pleased with it. I've tried many waterproof players including Finis and Speedo, and Miusuk is the best player I've used.

Didn't work. Returning
I was wary when I tried to load it with my music and saw two songs already there, but went ahead charging and transferring my music. It worked long enough to get to the pool downstairs but not in it before it went dead. I thought maybe I hadn't charged it enough, though I'd charged it for hours. Then, when I plugged it in, it didn't appear on my laptop's desktop and still got no sound.Kept trying, would get half a song before going dead. I will be returning. Disappointing because music when I do my laps is such a great boost.

Terrible
I believe that I was sent one that had already been returned, after seeing the latest review, I had the same issues. 2 songs already loaded, which I deleted and added some, then it wouldn’t add any more. Then my computer wouldn’t recognize the player any more. After 30 minutes in the pool all of the functions (including OFF) stopped working. Because I was away and wanted to use it, i kept it on the charger (as it wouldn’t stop playing); it lasted for 2 more 45 minute swims before dying completely. Returning and getting a new Shufffle from Underwater Audio. Way more expensive but my first one lasted over 5 years of 45 min- 1 hour lap swim 3x a week.

Don't buy
These are not good at all. Had them for 10 months and used maybe 6 times in the lake swimming and now won't take a charge. Garbage. I guess you get what you paid for.
