Even with direct sunlight, nothing happened.

Not a bad little toy (it is very small). My only complaint with this is that it has to be in BRIGHT sunlight to produce any motion.

he doesn't really move. I got it as a gag gift for my husband and he has him on the window sill in his office (direct sunlight most the day) and the little guy still won't do his thing. So sure, he's cute and my husband thinks he's funny, but it's disappointing.

I have a niece who is very fond of monkeys and when I saw this I knew it would put a smile on her face which it did. I bougt my nephew a solar zombie and a hula dancer for myself. Amazon has a large variety of these.

This product is crap. The plastic packaging came crushed. The little guy doesn’t even move his head even if the sun is directly on the solar panel. Waste of money and doesn’t even work.

He is cute and needs very little sunlight to get him going
