U7U7 Figaro Twisted Rope Chain for Men, Boys and Women

Purchased this for my 11 year old son. He wore it for a few weeks and it broke while he was jogging. No one pulled on it, he didn't drop it, it just fell off his neck while he was jogging and he found it had broken in the middle. (First picture) Since it was obviously outside of the return window I decided to buy him a new one and try one more time. Guess what...It broke again! This time after about 3 days!! Again, no one pulled it, no reason for it to have snapped in the middle. It just fell apart mid-chain. (Second photo.) Now, even though it was purchased through 'Prime', Amazon states it is not returnable. Nowhere in the description or fine print does it state that this item is not returnable, but Amazon will not let me return or exchange. Nice job guys. I guess you get what you pay for. Cheap price but cheap quality. I recommend you spend your $$ elsewhere.

It showed up with a huge kink in the chain and it's not fixable. I'm returning this product immediately, I was very disappointed. Only buy this if you are fine expecting it to be broken. Had higher expectations than this. Good looking, but not wearable

I like these inexpensive chains from U7 they’re well made I like stainless because it’s strong, won’t tarnish and looks like silver, I’m not a gold person even though I’m Italian, I bought this because with the world epidemic and the violence and not friendly protests and the killing I just wanted to wear a crucifix for my Christian beliefs and thoughts of hope.

I have purchased similar metallic colored versions of this chain in the past without issue, but this black version was not of the same quality. My better versions look like braided strands of steel, but this version is composed of individual linked rings. This means that the rings are never in a uniform position, and the chain does not look smooth. It often looks kinked, and tends to snag clothing where each individual link closes. It works in a pinch, but I was embarrassed to wear it routinely.

I wrote a previous review of this item and gave it a bad rating. When I opened the box, I did not realize that the chain was wrapped in plastic. I thought it looked awful. However, when I removed the plastic, it was very nice. My grandson loves it. I just recommend that you remove the plastic before you wear it. LOL

Looks nice but not the most comfortable the chain pattern seems to grab at your skin, maybe because of sharper edging because it's made out of stainless steel and not silver or gold

Ita a pretty decent weight. It doesnt look fake or cheap either. i have the matching rope bracelet. they look verycute, stylish, && ive gotten a nlot of compliments. only negative for me is that it makes my neck break out if i wear it for more then a day or two at a time.my skin is very sensitive to any jewelry that isnt 100% real. - not the makers fault though. i love it still, it looks nice and id recommend!

I have had this chain for over half a year and its in mint condition still! Great product for the cost and is stamped.I have ordered a few times from U7 and all jeweler comes with a bag + box for it. Love the products you cant go wrong.

This was bought for a prop for a film we were shooting, but it was hilarious. Totally over the top in “golden” colour and weight. Looked very fake- there would be no fooling anyone that this was an authentic gold chain.For that reason, we had to return it.

Feels like a very solid product not cheap at all. Doesn't appear as silver as in some other pictures in fact it appears as they used yellow gold. Will update again in 1 month.

Fortunately he broke the first day I got it I was trying to clip it on back to my neck and then some of the little metal sheets were flying out in the clip won’t stay closed and is very very yellow
