Have previously tried to use plastic multi taps but ran into problems with leaks and cross threading. This metal unit cost more but I felt was worth it to avoid problems.

The metal casting looks robust and should last forever. The weak part of the product's design is the fact that the four on/off levers are plastic which look like they might break if too much force is used to try to turn a stiff or sticking ball-valve. That apart: Good.

I picked up a dishwasher not so long ago (named it Francis). Had the dilemma of not having enough water inlets under the sink, Francis was left without water. Most trade shops only sell splitters, that allow for 2 appliances, but I needed 3. Then I found this gem, and now Francis is not dehydrated anymore.
