L'Occitane Silky Roses et Reines Bath & Shower Gel, 8.4 Fl Oz

I've been using this for a week or so alongside the rose body milk from L'Occitane and I am really liking it.in terms of basics, it's a good shower gel. It's a little spendy, but it lathers very well so you don't need to use a lot at once. (I have been using this with a mesh pouf sponge.) Thus, the bottle will last a long time. It has a subtle rose fragrance that's neither too strong nor too weak (in other words, just perfect), though the scent doesn't linger but rather washes off pretty cleanly as you rinse the product away. I exercise pretty hard every day and sweat a lot, and I also feel that this is doing a good job at getting the sweat and oils off my skin (without drying me out) -- it's really making me feel quite clean. So it's effective.You can see the full ingredients list if you zoom in on the image of the back of the bottle. I like that this contains various rose waters and oils (though it does also contain artificial fragrance as well as a couple of dyes). Please note that it does contain sodium lauryl sulfate, which is undoubtedly why it makes such a good lather. I do not avoid this compound in body care products, so that's fine with me. But now you are fully informed in case that is important to you.I have somewhat sensitive skin and have had a few rashes from body care products (including soaps and shower gels) lately, but this has not irritated me at all. (Of course every person's skin is different.)I'm glad I took a chance on this product as it has been quite the luxurious experience. It makes my shower smell wonderful, it gets me clean, and it doesn't irritate my skin!

This Shower gel is top quality as all L'Occitaine products are and has the same beautiful scent of the Rose Milk Cream which I bought originally and promptly became addicted. The shower cream and all Rose et Reines items are created from a special rose from France that is collected and used for this product. Even the bottle is beautiful with a beautiful golden top and bottle with ribs in it that looks very classy and has a good closure. If someone you know loves a true rose scents this would make a lovely gift. I also like this particular size as it handles well. There is a larger expensive size but it really is hard to handle in my case. The Roses et Reines scent comes in many products worth a look some of which are the Milk Lotion and the perfumed Roller Ball or bottled fragrance just perfect to refresh your scent. This is a subtle but lovely scent and not an in your face too strong embarrassing scent. I just love this shower gel and it you like rose scents you will not be disappointed. I also got great service from this vender as well and will use them again. The product was fresh and well packed.

I was looking for a softly scented rose shower gel to use in the bath tub. This is perfect! I really appreciate reviews that give you a sense of what the product is before you buy it. Reviews for other rose-scented shower or bath gels mentioned that they were heavily scented. I really did not want that. I wanted something light and soft. To me, this product is exactly that. It definitely has a lovely rose scent, but it is not overpowering. I used it in the bath. When I got out, my skin felt great and I felt that I could smell roses, but was not overpowering. It was just right. I have looked to see if I can buy this in a larger bottle, but I have not found it. Oh well, I will happily buy more of this size (8.4 oz).

Started with a sample size of this, and it got me hooked! It's not that I avoid showering, it's just with long hair you never quite look forward to it, if you know what I mean.With this bottle in my little arsenal of toiletries, I am actually excited to jump in the shower. I can't wait to get my loofah out and luxuriate in the wonderful smell of roses. Like any good shower gel, the scent doesn't linger on my skin, but it fills the air with rich, fragrant florals that I wish lasted forever.

A little goes a long way. Makes my skin soft. Fragrance is lite and remaing on skin for a decent amount of time. Especially when followed up by the perfume spray

I love everything rose, this definitely hit the spot. I am a lover of baths and good bath products. This is more of a real note of rose, rather than the artificially scented less expensive shower gels. Surprisingly long lasting as far as content, and the scent stays with you a bit as well. So if you don't mind spending a bit more and love rose scent, go for it! I have the lavender one as well, just as good! make for a great gift too. I'll be treating myself to this over and over again.

I love the smell of roses and this captures it perfectly! I don’t buy anything else. It doesn’t take a lot to wash with, therefore the gel is also long lasting. It is gentle on the skin too, not drying. When used with L’Occitane’s lotion or hand cream, the smell is very long lasting.

Yes it's lovely shower gel and what's nice you do not need lot so it lasts a while and the smell is is gorgeous the only thing I though I s getting two bottles, so must have misunderstood
