CLISPEED Boxing Reflex Ball Reaction Training Balls with Headband and Gloves for Speed Training

I tried to punch the ball very hard to see if the quality was good enough to return my order or not.Now the only big problem I got since a month is to avoid the ball in my face when I punch it like this.Everything you need to start.

Good item. Comes with 2 reflex balls, extra strings, and gloves. One has to tie up the reflex ball string with the headband clip - a better option would be to have clips attached to the ball strings as well. Nonetheless it’s good exercise.

Product for wat it is isnt bad however I don't like the fact that the ball and string comes separate from the head band and then requires tying on. This is fairly fiddly, I think next time I'll try the slightly more expensive option. Overall the product does what it says on the box so not a bad buy for a cheap and cheerfull training aid

Bought this as a Christmas present and they loved it.

Great Quarantine exercise for had speed/ Muscular endurance.I mostly use the black ball.I use this boxing reflex ball with my bare fists and boxing gloves.Best thing I have bought this year.

Great fitness product.Exercise and have a laugh at the same time!Hard to master but fun trying.
