Shark RAW Soyouz Helmet (Matte Black/Gray, X-Small)

My favorite helmet to date, it looks better in person.I would like to add that this Helmet uses the newer Slide Open/Close mechanism instead of the plug. There is no information anywhere regarding this change, which led me to return the first one in error when I did not see the vent plug in the box.

AMAZING! Love the fit and function. Works really well. The only issue I had, and this caused the lower rating, is that, as others have mentioned, it doesn't come with the insert to keep the vent on the top open or closed. Please have QA check the boxes you are sending. $350 is a lot to pay for something that is missing pieces. Just saying.

Product is defective from moment it was taken out of box. Lens strap clips or holders break the miment you try to bring lens over forehead of helmet. Something that should be doable. Buyer beware! LeatherUp has a very poor policy, wanted to return for refund and they said policy is to repair. I don't want poor quality s***!!. It's been 30 days and still no helmet. They don't care about the customers expectations.

Helmet is cool, light weight, graphics are great, little bit bulky, giving only 1 start because when received the chromed ring on the left side was missing on the helmet after looking on every plastic bag found it on the helmet bag loose. Also the rubber piece that goes on the top tab to allow the air flow and avoid the rain to get in is missing on the package. QC should be better, seller should check his product before shipping.
