A lot of work wiping and cleaning in charging and my red light it was like pulling to get them to replace the one received not working. Plus you have to actually hold on to your face and glided along but it's plastic not saying that's a bad thing but after a few rounds of the face it becomes warm and then sticky tacky if you will pulling the skin ever so slightly too much work my arms hurt already I rather relax with another LED light therapy illumask as well as illumise by taking a nap I fall asleep many times with it on it has a timer no worries

Stopped working after 2 months. I bought new one, second one stopped working after about 4 months.
