Q: What is the shelf life if unopened - or the "best by" date of the current shipments. I'm ordering 6 jars, need to know when they might go bad?

I refrigerate all bottles-- even unopened-- tho don't see any such directions. There is a use by date on bottle-- at least 9 months from purchase on ones that I bought.

Q: How do they ship it? product is the best "better than mayo"! but it's refrigerated, so how is it shipped?

shipped in foam container to keep cool and it was cool but believe was not in mid summer that I ordered
