Pro'sKit902-276 Crimper - CrimPro with Spark Plug Die

Oh my goodness this is a good item. I built a custom set of ignition wires for an aircraft engine using this, MSD 34039 red wire and MSD 8850 plug boots. Took an entire evening and I had to clip a couple of ends while learning. Sacrifice a couple of ends and cut them apart after crimping to make sure you're doing it right. After some practice the results were stunningly professional. I removed the old aircraft-grade ignition wires from the plane and the ones made with this crimper and the listed parts were WAY better constructed, crimped and more rugged than what came out. Save hundreds of dollars overall.

Had to build a custom set of wires for a race motor and finally decided to get a good set of pliers to do the job. These are an economical and quality built set that did a great job and I have used them on various wire repairs since then. They seem like they will last a long time and that means a lot to me as I earn a living with my tools.

This is my second pair of Pro'sKit crimpers. They do their job real well. The grips are very comfortable on the hands. The crimps always turn out looking professional, as long as I do my part. The ratcheting action makes crimping easier than a plier type crimper...or rather crusher. Pro'sKit crimpers are the way to go, especially if you do a lot of this kind of work. Forget the cheapies and make good, secure crimps with the right tool.

So glad I bought this. I have tried to crimp spark plug wires in the past using cheap (junk) crimpers. These are worth every penny and I'll put them up against the name brand high dollar ones. The best part about these is you can buy different jaws to crimp different things. I ordered a set to do RJ45 ends.

I needed custom length spark plug wires and this tool fit the bill for crimping the ends. Worked like a charm.

This tool wroks great. I had a couple of extra connectors and practiced crimping twice before I started working on my plug wires. By the time I had done 4-5 of them it only took a min to make up each wire and created a professional installation. Well worth the money even if you only use it a couple of times.

I have always had a problem attaching terminals to the spark plug end of plug wires. This thing does a perfect job. It's kind of expensive, but I've found that pricey quality crimpers are a necessity for all but the most casual of automobile enthusiasts.

Works good, cut and crimped all eight wires with no issues for my old V8, but after a few months in my tool box it got fairly rusty and it has never seen moisture...
