Really great tool for the price
This is a fantastic set of lenses.First of all, the case is surprisingly high quality - all the pieces fit very nicely and securely in it, and I feel comfortable placing loose lenses and things in the tray because the top part is some kind of soft foam that gently holds onto things when you close the case. It has a nice handle, and it even has a 6 digit combination lock which works really well in case you want to keep the kids from messing with it, or to lock your top secret optometry documents in it.The lenses seem to be great quality, although I don't have any other lenses to compare them with to test accuracy - but they all seem accurate compared to each other at least. They are indeed glass. The outer plastic black and red rings are good solid quality, and not too thick - they fit well in a third party trial frame, and the diopter markings are clear and easy to read. The plastic tabs make them easy to hold, and I think they are better than the metal ones in this regard - they also make it less likely to break the lens if you drop it.When they arrived, most of the lenses were a little bit foggy - dirty from manufacturing I think. I just cleaned them with the (generously large) microfiber cleaning cloth that came in the set. Not a big deal! I have found a few of the lenses came with very small scratches, but also not a very big deal. Two of the accessory lenses are cross cylinder lenses, with two axes marked on the glass. These axes do not seem to be perfectly aligned at 90 degrees to each other, so that makes them a little difficult to use - you might want to buy a separate set of JCC tools for this instead. It makes me wonder if the single marked axis on the rest of the cylinder lenses is aligned correctly, but I am not able to measure this. They do seem pretty accurate as far as my eye can tell though, so good enough. Also note that the included trial frame is a cheap plastic thing with a fixed PD, so definitely get yourself a third party trial frame if you want to use these lenses accurately.

Works
Most lens definitions use +/- this set is not marked that way. Lens holder is not adjustable in width. Seems to have two of every lens power.
