Toilet Seat Bumper for Bidet with Strong Adhesive (4pcs)

I stressed about which mounts would be the best match for use with the bidet I was going to install. Too, it seemed like a common complaint of many seller's products was poor adhesion. First of all, make sure when you install your bidet that the toilet seat is firmly mounted and not inclined to any amount of lateral movement. Very small, but repeated lateral forces will cause the adhesive to slide and it will eventually spoil the bond. (In the glue biz this is known as shear strength vs tensile strength.) Anyway, these bumpers are not going anywhere and they have nice pads. I was concerned a little about the price. Naw, I think they're worth it.

I added a bidet to my existing bathroom toilet and this had the seated setting at an angle.These little jewels worked great to remedy the problem. Talk about stick I've never seen adhesive tape stick like this.

While the United States population was dealing with the collective societal panic over COVID-19, I decided to stay out of the whole mess and buy myself a bidet attachment, which I think may be the best purchase I've ever made! Unfortunately, it lifted the toilet seat up far enough that sitting forward caused the seat bolts to come undone.I placed two of these bumpers at the 11:30 and 12:30 positions (toilet seat up, vertically) to provide some extra support on the seat. They worked great; the adhesive was so strong that I almost couldn't get my test placement off! Just sticking the very edge of the adhesive surface to the underside of the toilet seat was enough to hold up the weight of the bumper.My only problem with these is that they don't provide much grip/anti-slippage. Once the bowl gets wet (which it will from the bidet) the bumpers slide back and forth a LOT, unfortunately leading to the original problem of the seat bolts coming undone.They achieved their purpose, but I have had to change the way I use the toilet, being very careful not to move at all (and if I do, I have to hold the seat in place with my hand), while sitting very close to the front of the seat.

They work as advertised, but I have had to find a much more secure way to glue them on.

You definitely need these to raise the toilet seat with a bidet attachment. They stick well and stay on despite a lot of use.

We bought this but in the end didn't have to use it. The price was good, the service was also good. The product looks to be of good quality. We're keeping it as we plan to purchase another bidet for our guest bath and we may need this then as our toilet in that bath is different from the one we put the bidet on.

Even after thouroughly cleaning the area before applying bumper and waiting several hours before using toilet one bumper can off after a week and dropped into toilet where it was accidently flushed. The others have slid around from their original placement.

Great solution to replace the buffers on our very old toilet seat. Adhesion seems strong so far. Easy to wipe clean.
