Before ordering this cabinet, I did read several reviews -- wherein others complained of their units being damaged. I thought to myself that delivery mishaps do happen sometimes, and I took a gamble and went ahead and ordered one. Besides, it seemed to be a great price with free delivery! I regret that decision because when my cabinet arrived the cabinet had obviously been reboxed to hide very serious extensive damage that original packaging would have given away. IF you buy this -- believe this, you're very likely making a losing gamble. I would not purchase again, and do not recommend it.

The product is so very delicate that it is not fit for shipping from one place to other. First of all, while placing the order it was mentioned that i would come assembled and we just need to assemble the lock. But, it just came as a box and the packing is too big for the size as it has been placed as a formality sake and it doesn't work for any purpose. With the packing, we got the feel that it might be in the best position, but when we opened it, there was a very big dent at the bottom and dents to all the cabinet racks, which were packaged at the bottom. The dent is so big that we had to put effort to close the doors after opening. We thought of getting the item fixed and called up Sandusky Lee customer care number, left the message and number. Till date, we haven't got any response! All in all a very big disappointment!.

Assembly is a nightmare it has a tabs system and not screws. The tabs come off when you stand it up after assembling it on the floor. We had to put tape over the tabs to get it to stay. Needless to say the material is so flimsy it came with multiple dents. it was almost impossible to get the doors onto the hinges as it was slightly bent and all three would not align. After 2 people battled for 3 hours we got it assembled and much to our dismay the two doors would not align.One had a slight gap on top. tried to adjust by sticking a piece of cardboard under the base to make it better aligned but to no avail. As a result of being misaligned have to kick the bottom each time I want to shut the right door.The shelves are steady and is holding up and the doors despite needing a kick are lockable. I would not recommend this to any one looking for a sturdy metal cabinet. I am keeping it as it is too much hassle to return and it is holding the stuff I intended to store without coming apart. Also unless I look very closely the misaligned door is not noticeable.It did not meet my quality expectation.

The way this cabinet showed up is ridiculous, the front right door and the top left corner was all dinged up; it was bent and crooked. The top hinge on the left door was bent so when I want to close the door, I have to nudge it around so it closes properly. This is unacceptable for a product that costs over $300.00.

We've had this cabinet for a little over a year. It's used to store extra supplies for our vending machines. We keep it locked and only get into at the most once a week. Today when I unlocked and opened it the right hand door fell off completely. When looking a little closer, the middle hinge that was welded on came off with the door (it's suppose to stay on the cabinet). And then I noticed that the bottom hinge only had the door part, nothing for the cabinet part at all. The left side looks fine, but now I can't use this cabinet at all. Not made well at all, definitely a manufacture error.

I bought two of these cabinets. One arrived in great shape, and I have no complaints at all about it. One of the cabinets arrived with a pretty sizeable dent in one front panel, and it doesn't close as well. You can also see the spot welds in the front door, which shows that it wasn't a problem with shipping; it was assembled improperly in the factory. The shelves are sturdy and easy to install, though.

Cabinet is appears to be pretty well made and sturdy enough for our purpose, to store seldom used kitchen items in the garage. It arrived damaged. One corner of the top panel had a dent of about half a square foot, about a quarter inch deep. I attempted to contact Amazon about the damage, but after talking to the stone wall that is their customer service, I decided it would less painful to simply take a piece of 2x4 and a small sledge hammer and flatten the dent. Worked fine. The cabinet was missing one of the plastic guides for the door lock rod. Sandusky customer service is actually customer service, no problems getting them to send the part.

This unit has a large dent in the side (back corner). Sadly, by the time we received (order 12/25/18; received 2/7/19) we were only given until 2/15/19 to return it. Because it was so late in getting to us we didn't open it until today (2/25/19) and that's when we discovered the problem. So, we're stuck with a brand new red dented Sandusky cabinet. Yuck.

I ordered two of these. One was damaged but amazon shipped another right away! They are well made and serve the purpose. The Sandusky sticker on all three was very crooked and very unprofessional. I'd be much better if they included it in the assembly package for people to put on themselves. One of the doors has slight dents all down the front from the spot welding but its not that bad.

JUST ONE WORD FOR EVERYTHING EXCELLENT ARRIVED WITH IN A WEEK IN TORONTO CANADA PERFECT NO SCRATCHES NO DENTS EXACTLY AS SHOWN IN THE PICTURE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
