Simple & Effective
I'm really liking this journal so far. Less a food journal and more of a life journal, you can write what you ate but also what your mood was, what exercise you had and how you felt you did overall. There's also room at the end of each day's entry for notes. What I love about this journal is that it's less rigid than others I've looked at. It doesn't ask how many calories I ate or burned but encourages you to say where you got the food, how much you ate and where you ate. This is allowing me to see patterns in my eating habits that I wasn't focusing on before, which has been very helpful, as well as forced me to be accountable without without a 15 minute hunt for the calorie content of the food I eat. I can see that I ate a hamburger for dinner on Tuesday and a salad on Wednesday and even without calorie counting I know which day I did better.Function wise this is a very thick l book and I kind of wish it were spiral bound for easier use. The paper is thick enough not to allow bleed through from a pen.

Thick book
I was a little weary of what I may receive. (I've ordered multiple weight loss journals in the past.) When I received the book I was pleasantly surprised by it's girth. The book is thick and is meant for you to journal for 120 days. The goal is for you to learn your eating habits and become more aware of them, so you can see where change is needed (i.e. do you eat out too much, do you eat when you're hungry or because you're simply bored, etc.)This is a food and mood journal that allows space to fill in workouts as well. This is different from other weight loss journals I've ordered in the past that focus primarily on exercise routines. I'm eager to see where I end up with this journal, because although I am successful at losing weight, I always seem to gain it back at some point (whether it's months later or even a year later).. I'm hoping I can break those patterns, by learning them, with this book. Wish me luck!😊 I wish you the same 👍

I just received this and could not be more pleased. It's up to me to fill in the spaces. I was thinking of how much better I would like it if it were spiral bound, so I called up Office Depot and they will do it for $2.99. Great improvement and ease of use for just a bit of money.

Too wide for my purse! But good in some ways...
This is a fairly good journal, but it's really thick, which often makes it difficult to write in. And it's not particularly pretty, so I don't enjoy writing in it in public. It could use some way to monitor hunger levels before and after meals too.But it you want a fairly standard layout and don't mind that it's width takes up half your purse, it's not a bad journal.

Helpful little book
This book seemed so bare bones when I got it, but it has turned out to be really helpful. I have an eating disorder and have been using it to rewire my thinking around food. It provides plenty of space to record your meals and detail your activities and feelings around them. At the end of the day, there are reflection questions to process the day.

Great book
This is a great little book. Perfect size, fits in my purse. The only thing I wish it had was more space for the work outs. Other than that I love it. Would reccomend

I am so excited to use this! The only thing I would change would be having it spiral bound. I would be willing to pay a couple extra bucks for a spiral bound version.

Motivated me to loose two stone
I lost two stone using this for 100 days. It motivated me to reflect on each day and i wrote motivational quotes in it to keep myself going. I would recommend this to anyone who is thinking about change, it helps you to give yourself that bit of thinking time each day.

I found this incredibly useful
This has really helped me reflect on what I've been eating. I found out a lot of my problems from using this.1. I didn't drink enough water2. I skipped meals and then overate in the evening.3. I was very negative towards myself4. I focussed too much on calories5. I eat crap when I'm stressed.6. I didn't have a routine with mealsI've learned a lot of myself :)

Waste of money
Just a food diary!!! Thought there would be inspirational quotes ideas etc scattered throughout the book but sadly no. Terribly disappointing as expensive
