The chair looks excellent in my room but the seat cushion could be a little softer. My mom who has slept on it twice says that she wishes it was a little Comfier it is a great chit with a few pillows for back support and can fit me and my two big dogs comfortably. It all around is a great investment though.

I LOVED how this chair looked and felt. It was comfortable. My 6 year old niece sat on it with me and we heard a cracking noise. We are NOT big people at all. The arm rest broke and I was upset but figured I'd be able to repair it instead of returning it . The following day I sat on it again alone and the back wood piece broke. So it leans to one side and on the opposite side the arm rest is broken. So now it just looks terrible and we cannot use it at all. We were not at all "rough" with this piece of furniture it's just not sturdy. I should've followed the reviews that I read prior to purchasing it but I figured that maybe people were being rough. NO!! IT'S JUST NOT STURDY. I was really looking forward to this piece of furniture and the fabric and design are really beautiful. DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!

This chair is really pretty. The velvet is very soft and the color is consistent. Not as comfortable as I had hoped. Sides are not sturdy. However, considering the cost, I’m happy with this purchase. I just won’t do any cannonballs into this chair.

It looks just like the picture. It’s not very comfortable it’s hard not a lot of padding. It did not come with directions but we figured it out. Also on the bottom there is 2 hinges that connects the chair together one of the hinges was broken but my husband kind of fixed it. The chair is very soft to the touch it’s velvety. Also it’s big enough for 2 people to sit in together.

Very excited to have received it early and with easy assembly. Honestly don't know how others had issues IF NEED BE I could easily find taller legs online or i k e a. May get a mattress topper in twin size and trim or secure to fit if I have guest stay over. Overall very happy!

Frame of chaise is cheaply made with thin pressed wood.. during assembling the frame broke where the back right leg goes, wood broke right off and through the cheap material on the back of the piece..material on the rest of the chaise is nice material, but the back has a material that should be underneath it.. Bottom areas under the cushion and ottoman are hallow, doesn’t have much of a Cushion and is hard to sit on..The item is described as a loveseat, but it’s actually more like an oversized chair and with a hinged foot stool.. Looks nice in appearance, but that’s about it.. It’s more like a cheaply made piece that is poor quality..

TBH..and i hate to leave a bad vibe... but it was kinda hard to assemble... i had to put reinforcement brackets on the back cause the wood under crumbled... it's cute and thank goodness i don't need it for more than looks but... if i had to do it over i'd have probably just went to a local store. for the money.

This chair is very comfortable! It has exceed my expectations. I was worried when I read that some people have not found it comfortable, but I disagree. I love the soft material too. It was very easy to put together too. My only complaint is the height of the back rest. I think it should be higher. Other than that I am happy with my purchase.
